Where can he go though? Who's got the money to pay his salary? PSG? Will Mbappe spit the dummy? He might decide to not sign another contract, then leave on a free and Messi is close to the end of his career so long term, they'll pay dearly for getting Messi now.

I got Sema as my 5th MID, but Dele, Canos and Cantwell are all so juicy too. But if I get one, can't get Kane in one.
If I let him go thru to the keeper and he's back late, that would be great. Getting Mo, Harry, Bruno, KDB and TAA is possible.
Quicker someone can get them all, that could be the race. Miss one of them, they can easily take off and you never catch them.
Looks like Ollie's appeal has lessened. But then Ings is cheaper and has probably created a better opportunity.
Then there's also Leon Bailey. 4.2m. Tempting to have some of that and plenty to have KDB as the 5th MID.
Need a City attacker for GW2 vs NOR. Might have to settle for Mahrez like everyone else.

I was playing around with the idea of dumping Salah today. There’s some tasty forward options that are really cheap. On top of Baileys ridiculous price, there’s Trincao, Benrahma, Abraham (if he gets a move), Sarr, Pukki, Bowen, Pepe, Jimenez, Adams and Zaha all available under 7mil. Someone will catch fire in this group, if not more than one. If I was confident Grealish was a starter against Spurs I would consider it. I’m sort of cooling on Villa due to all the changes and atm have Buendia. I’d like to find someone else, but I have thought the midfield is tough to pick all along. If 2-3 of the above were available as mids then I would have no hesitation in dumping Buendia, but as it stands I really only like Grealish. He would be my City coverage, other than that, unlikely to have any.

Selected Pereira towards the end of last season due to his role further up the field and will be tempted once again considering the opening fixtures are not too bad. Would like to start one Leicester player and have also considered Maddison in the midfield as an alternative to Buendia. Also starting to get cold feet on Bachmann and donut and currently favouring Schmeichel and Bachmann.

Crucified by the local media in conjunction with whispers that Pep has lost faith. Unlikely to earn sufficient prophet to be a worthwhile selection.
Would be a wait and see selection to see what his role entails and if he can string together a few good games to get his price climbing quickly, then he should be a good selection as a quick cash grab.
