Now I'm not sure if I'm game enough, but here's something I put together after reading this.
The price increases from the 11 mentioned above is quite staggering - but who would start them all?

As you can see I haven't picked the best performed DGR players, just the ones I would 'probably' have picked (I did not pick Worrall and Siddle, as I had Neilsen, Wells, Garton, MShort, and Khan in RD2. But this example is using the starting cheapies above.
After each round I traded the main "premiums" out, except Philippe of course.

The RD1 team starting price was $1,671,700, so with over $300k ITB, I had plenty of opportunity to buy more "premiums" in RD2, and RD3.
To me, the most interesting part is the next.
