As per THCLT’s post at 142, which I copy below, SC are not using logical or even a consistent method to calculate breakevens. From what I have seen behind the scenes, SC are even applying the calculations differently between players from the same team - so it is an impossible task to predict the breakevens given that there is no consistent method in the way SC applies the DGRs to a player’s price.

- Sorted by average

- Please point out any gremlins as this is a combined formula / manual process ...
- Thanks to @Presto proving the BE's
- +/- 1 they should be pretty much right ...
- Any players entering or coming out of a DGR may differ from SC Gold (seems to happen every year) but there is nothing I can do about that ...

- FWIW ... I have used the same formula for at least 3 years (actually 5+ in reality but modifed it from insights provided by @THCLT)) in the AFL (SC and RDT) and have never had the same issues presented by BBL DGR rounds ... the only difference is that I don't post them anymore ..

Top 20 teams - end of round 6

For those coaches at the pointy end of the overall ranking, this thread may be of some use as you endeavour to craft your way onward and upwards for the remainder of the season.

Notes:
- Below is a listing of players for the Top 20 teams with non-playing players greyed out and injured players in red text for ease of viewing.
- Also included is total points and points behind the leader for subsequent teams.

- Three teams managed to remain in it this week and 2 came back into it ...
- Of the three teams is also listed the trades they probably made ...

What caught my eye was the very low number of Bat only players held ....

- and especially who they actually were ....
- not overly surprising though ...

So was just looking at the current status of the to 20 teams ...

- Why ... just killing some time and know we are a competitve and strategic thinking bunch ...

Legend (before any of the four trades available this round):

- Grey background (confirmed to not play this round)
- Green background (have already played this round)
- Yellow background (possible weather affected game looming)
- White background (yet to play)

- SYD6 v MELR @ Co*** Harbour International Stadium (7.30 pm start)

Notes:
- SYD6 won the toss and decided to Bat first
- Weather affected game as forecast ... match was abandoned without starting
- No X Factor players were used this game
