I think the players themselves are fine. Structure wise Vesely and Morrison doubles injury risk but both were conservatively managed last season so should be OK. I would be trying to squeeze in another full premium mid later on but Bowers should be fine as your C option for now.

If anyone is in doubt and cares about lockout best to hit up the Aflwfantasy on Twitter to confirm their intentions. If it closes later there is plenty of time to adjust later.

Having trouble deciding on my M2 between Garner/Parker/Paxman/Blackburn/Phillips/Marinoff. Tempted to just load up on mids lol.

Blackburn one of my absolute faves to watch but may be able to pick her up cheaper after she had a huge start to the year then a bit of a quiet patch in the middle.

With no BBL game on, might be fun to just load up on Saints/Tigers players for tonight lol.

Cant see any upside in Paxman, Phillips or Blackburn so any one of the other 3.

If your onfield player is not selected for their match along with your bench player, then your utility replaces them within your lineup.

For example-
Your 5th forward is not selected for RD1
Your bench forward is not selected for RD1
Your utility is a midfielder (selected for RD1) will replace that last forward spot

If you are willing to sacrifice cash generation in multiple spots on the same line (def, fwd, etc) then you could fit an extra premium midfielder for example.

In a similar vein, I've quickly pulled together a list of players who had a down year in 2021 compared to 2020. Makes sense now why Vesely, Morrison and Dalton seem to be the preferred midpricers haha.
