Defence rookies really worry me, all weve really got is key/intercept defenders and they dont have a good history of scoring well at AFL level, good chsnce this ends up the line we have to stack IMHO.

Perez from North will play a fair few games.

Kemp from the Blues too.

McDonagh should get a bit of a run.

Trouble is they really need to be there from round 1, I agree they always do but sometimes not the ones we were expecting

Not interested with Whitfield around that price and Sicily 50k lower both being more proven

Who would you take out of Bowey , Campbell , Coleman or Milera ?

So many premiums in defence , you would want to hope the ones you start are definitely going to be Top 8-10 minimum for the season , just wondering if Sicily still fits in that bracket ?

Lloyd never seems to drop in price during the season , I like Dale , I like Short , I like Whitfield.

I think your pretty much guaranteed a 95-105 ave from them.

yeah and add in guys like crisp and short who I’m Confident will play 22 games and that’s the bracket I’m looking at too. Halls the ultimate make or break to start too. He could start slow and fall in price or continue on like last year and stay over 550k and Even 600k and be out of reach all year.

Ridley is a bit of a wait and see for me. With Heppell back, Redman, Laverde, Hind and the debut of Reid/return of Hurley. I don’t know what his role is for certain yet..

We might be okay for Def rookies, just need to pay up an extra 30k some.

Perez should play half back, scored a 70 in his first year. Goater competition but doesnt have a tank yet. They need to blood youth in this position.

Kemp looked to me like a general defender who can intercept/dash off half back. Questionable foot skills, competition from Marchbank probably.

Sinn seems a chance for Port, they see him as a need given what they gave up for him.

O'Driscoll is playing wing and hopefully takes Coylers spot which isnt a huge ask.
