Bump

5 entrants so far, 3 prizes on offer into next years SCS cash leagues.

Tournaments well spread out over the year, so not a heap of team maintenance once we get through the Masters and the beginning of the Premier League next Friday morning.

Read above for entry details and from the transparency of a few of the posted drafts you will pick up the tactics being used.

The more the merrier

Hopefully I can do close to as well this time as I did at the World's, which was all luck (except for my captain choice not saving in the final round ). No prior darts knowledge is really needed to do well at this as my results proved.

Wright
Clayton
Searle
Chisnall - VC
Cullen - C
Cross

Total should be £2,826,750.

Tried to pick one first rounder per quarter and also put the VC/C on two of these as they hopefully get an extra match compared to those in the top 8. Top 8 players I chose were 2 who did well for me at the World's, nothing more scientific than that.

Good luck everyone who enters. I can confirm it's a surprisingly fun competition this one, and it would be great to see more entries here based on the amount of work @The Banker is putting into this. A potential free cash league entry is a massive reward, and the odds are looking pretty good to be in with a shot at one of them!

Interesting that you bring up MVG. My though process was fading both Price and Wright as a differential move for the first part of the Masters and going with MVG. Thought process is that it squeezes in Dimitri, who I would imagine is going to get faded in this upcoming first part due to salary constraints, form and an impending matchup with Clayton, but in his favour has scoring power. Was beaten at the recent Worlds in his opening match by Hempel, but did top 100 avg. This structure also has me on a couple of differentials for the starting team points should they go on to win the Masters.

This is where I currently sit.

That was exactly my first go, however without all the knowledge/reasoning to back it up haha

Thanks to winning the one and only Darts Orakel fantasy competition last year for the World Grand Prix, I have a free subscription until the 31/12/2049 and will provide some stats which will hopefully be of interest or helpful for newcomers.

Just so everyone is aware, I’m taking down the last posted teams from everyone in thread.
I am yet to receive any teams via PM.
I will post a summary of team selections on Friday, but will accept changes up until the lockout. Should I receive any PM entries these will be disclosed after lockout.

Same applies to myself. If @Connoisseur doesn’t receive a PM, then take it that my intended team has been posted into the thread.

Guys, you don't need to know anything about darts to enter.
It's quick and easy to do. I know nothing about darts, and entered in under 10 mins.
Amazing prizes being put up by The Banker, so let's get around him, and get some entries in!

Head to head record for Krzysztof Ratajski VS Gabriel Clemens.

Note that match length increases further into televised tournaments and at tournaments such as the World Championship and World Grand Prix the format changes from Legs to Sets (Need to win 3 legs to win a set)

Wow, is there still spots left for this comp? Sounds like a nearly set n forget format and you only choose 6 players. I'd love to join if you have any spots left.
