I favour MVG over Anderson and on that basis, if I’m tipping that Anderson isn’t winning then why not roll the dice on Wade.

I picked Wright last night and my theory is if I favour MVG then what’s the point in hedging a match, I may as well go down swinging

Typically people see Price v Wade and it doesn’t take much knowledge to see that’s where the votes are going to go. Wade isn’t a power scorer, but he’s got a decent double game, tops and 10 in his favour. So why not in a short format.
I wasn’t exactly inspired by Anderson getting beaten 10-1 last week

So, if you run the comp you shouldn't enter? Most comps here don't offer prizes, especially out of your own pocket. I don't have an issue, most seem to be posting their sides publicly instead of via pm.

Let’s be frank about this, the moment the fixture was released people were off to the races sending teams in. I was getting in my car to go to work. I need some time to digest the information too.

I don't have a problem with this change, if it happens regularly that late changes are made by the host of a comp, I would be more annoyed. No reasons other people can't change now as well if they want...

I have to say Tails, you are being unreasonable here.
If that means you are leaving the comp, then so be it.
Not sure where you are coming from, questioning the integrity of the guy giving his own time up to run the comp, and putting his own money up to give prizes!!!!
How are you being disadvantaged? What have you lost?
If you can't see it that way, then it is probably better you leave, rather than create a sour situation.

The conclusion I have come to is that what’s the point in hedging a match. Chances are if I think Anderson will lose then he will finish on negative points.

Now I’m captaining Clayton so I can’t exactly pick Cullen and I’m selecting Wright.

Ultimately I don’t have a lot of places to go outside of Wade
