I'm trying not to tinker as it typically backfires - bringing in Owens is the only tinker I've done so far. That said, already worried I'll be down to no bench in the backline with SDK and O'Driscoll in my side. O'Driscoll is a play so I can swap Daicos in 5 more rounds.

I'm wondering if I can do a swap of my rookies to free up enough cash so I could move SDK to Sinn which I'm just a touch short. I have come up with a way to do it which may/may not be beneficial to the rest of my side.

Forwards - Rachele > Dixon. I'm stuck with fielding Dixon this week but it means I get to choose which 2 out of Preuss, Hayes and Martin to field every week (rucks are currently Grundy, English and Preuss with Hayes forward).

Mids - Macdonald/Soligo/Hough raffle > Rachele. I still get Rachele who will get consistent games with trade flexibility with him in the midfield to open up a mid/fwd.

The above moves allows for a Sinn upgrade, the ability to play 2 of Preuss/Hayes/Martin instead of just the 1 and more cash in hand to make a move with my backs if required.

(this is DT so only thing that changes is Rachele probably isn't as promising a scorer).

Been bailed out a few times already.
Was gonna field Hayes at F6, but when Darcy was out I swung him to R3 to potentially cover for Darcy, didn't expect him to score 127.
Because I swung Hayes fwd I needed a new F6, on comes Martin.

Never had Berry, saw he was on 40 at QT, don't know what happened with him but I got off there too.

Hopefully not to much rookie pain on our first Sunday of the season.

Still to come:
Hinge
Miller (C), Rowell, Horne-Francis, Ward, (MacDonald)
Xerri, Naish, Rachele, (Dixon)

I was always going to swap M/F Rachele, or MID MacDonald, to Weller, but think I better keep the $270k to trade out Owens to Lipinski next week.

Dual position changes are after round 6. Your rookie defenders could have had 4 price rises each by then and there's a good chance one of them would be maxed out in cash generation by then. So you could have traded out a maxed out defensive rookie, swung Daicos into defence and brought in a basement price midfield rookie or forward rookie assuming you also have a mid/fwd rookie. I would if you have the cash go o'driscol to Hinge, get 4 price rises out of hinge then flick him to daicos in rnd 6. Not ideal to run donuts in rnd 1.

Sundays are definitely still Sundays, there goes one of my favourite picks I had in Polec

On a positive, my forced late changes so far have pushed my bank balance to 200k and basically everyone I've spent extra on has lost points so I'm probably better with it in the bank right now...
