Round 2 trades used to be only if you needed more than 2 corrections in R3...

But now we have 3 in R3, struggling to see a reason to jump the gun unless for injury.

So in maybe in R3:
Owens out -> ???
Berry out (pending news) -> ???
??? -> Cripps in (maybe)
??? -> Xerri in (depends on role)

I have no idea really.

Probably stick fat this week unless Wards injury is serious but the two corrections I’m looking at are

Ward to Martin via Rachele
Hinge to Xerri via SDK.
With Ward, they were saying on the radio when he went off that it was cramp (and laughing at him falling over on the way to the bench). Sam Mitchell pretty much confirmed this in the post match press conference. Don't think it's a serious injury.

Yes but it's so role dependent and Cameron is an absolute lunatic when it comes to stable roles. Positive is he really only plays one role so if he's not in it you can move on. In the role he played on the weekend, yes.
Ward out for hawks, hewett or green in who would you take? I would love your thoughts on Ridley and Crisp would you trade one to hall or is it to premature? Pendlebury and daicos taking a lot of his points...

Possibly Owens to Hayes but might just wait till R3.

If Berry is out for a while, then at R3 Berry to Brodie, Dixon to Hayes, Owens to Stephens are the likely trades.

Wouldn't be trading in Hewett or Green (possibly missed their good scores!). Definitely hold Ridley and Crisp for a week, you can always use a boost at R3 :)

Will need to have a think about my forward structure - Dunkley, Butters, Cogs, Gov, Brodie and Xerri with Martin and Rachele on the bench. Also have Rowell in the mids. With De Koning going down, May need to restructure in DEF but also no real options presenting.
I may look at bringing Dixon (dependent on performance) or Hollands in for one of Brodie or Xerri or just see how I go another week.
I think Martin is more likely to score well than Rachele. Both played very well but Rachele as a small forward is realistically not going to kick 5 every week to keep up his scoring.

Doesn't exactly bode well for a 180k rookie who come in with question marks about his current fitness level though?

Quite a few players were cramping. I also didn't know there were questions on his fitness level, news to me.

It's not ideal, and he didn't score great, I can definitely see why people want to trade him.

I thought I'd heard rumblings about that somewhere, might be connecting the dots with the wrong rookie I guess.

Will wait and see on him personally, if he gets a game then I'm happy to have another look and tbh there are a few higher priced rookies in that boat.

Had Holland’s as my mid donut loophole. Have moved him FWD for Rachele who is now M8, ward to bench. Holland to FWD bench and Martin on field.
trying to figure out how to get J.Hayes on field and short of trading Baldwin for Hugh Dixon and moving Hayes forward then on field for Durdin I’m not sure I can. Apologies if that is a bit incoherent, it’s how my brain is working at the moment.
