If Treloar averages 109 you can get him for ~60k more inside round 10, given the questions on the role and his durability, I'd pay that premium to be sure.
It's 100k if Butters does it but, perhaps more importantly, 42% of teams have Butters which given only 49% of teams have Neale indicates that roughly 90% of teams that actually matter have Butters right now. That's a very significant fade on a guy who really only seems not likely to do 100 if he gets hurt and definitely has the profile to go 110+.

Reckon Macrae's CBA minutes will decrease slightly alongside his TOG. But the vast majority of minutes will be transferred from Bont/Smith to Treloar/Dunkley. Smith in particular had 7 games with >55% CBA, and another couple in that 30 - 50% range, expect that to almost completely disappear as he settles on a wing/half forward.
If I were to guess their midfield set up, it might look something like (adding up to 300% CBA):
1. Macrae - 75%
2. Libba - 60%
3. Treloar - 60%
4. Dunkley - 55%
5. Bontempelli - 50%
Minor minutes from Daniel, Lipinski, Mclean should also be cleaned up as the big 5 get heavily rotated through the midfield.
Expecting round 1's opening CB to feature - Bontempelli, Treloar, Dunkley (with Macrae and Libba at HF)
