One thought that has occurred to me is that a lot of coaches seem to be putting a lot of weight on the information gained in R1 - hence the desire to trade.
Placing weight on this information is fair enough, but some may be underestimating how much additional information we will gain in R2.
It already looks like we are going to have a 1+ week delay on the main rookie some of us missed, and get 1-2 more good defensive rookies, which may allow a different structure. There’s still team selections and nine games to get through.
