Yeah I would say so - Lever would certainly limit the intercept opportunities he had against GC you would think.

You shouldn't really be picking Bowey as a long-term on-field option though - if he manages to pull out another 90+ this week with Lever, Salem, Hibberd etc. all missing, you should get the fast 150K+ that justifies the trade. He's just a short-term cash cow.

Not one bit. Totally different roles. Some might say, if anything, it helps Bowey.
My guess is, Bowey will be a 75-85 player, with the potential for a spike score or two.

It's a much better average than my team. 4/301. Bye bye to my top 1,000 rank at this rate.

It's looking like my AFL Fantasy team might be my best one this week, but only as I've only had 2 play in that one, so I haven't had a chance for it to go bad yet. RDT and SC are both not going great.

14.7k traded Gawn and only 920 opted for English as their trade in.

He was my preferred replacement if I traded Gawn, but couldn't afford him and still do my other trades. I guess this may have been the same for others too. Got some thinking what to do about trades now, still deciding between a few options.

CD gave Macrae the clanger but they wouldn't dare give their lovechild the -9 for that 50m penalty against.

If his final score is anything above 85 it's a joke.

Where'd you pull 9 from? It's usually around 5 for a 50m penalty against.

So Macrae started the quarter at 95, gives away a free kick in the first 30 seconds, does literally nothing for 29 minutes, gives away a costly 50m penalty in a high scaling period, gets 1 contested handball, finishes on 92.

Make it make sense.

Free against, in a contested situation: -1
50m penalty against: -5
Hard ball get: 3
Effective handball: 1

That adds up pretty fine to me

That’s annoying as a non-English owner. If Cordy misses this week, I feel like Stef comes in against a dual ruck combo. They can still use English pretty heavily around the ground and not have to use Hannan as a back up ruck.

Let’s not forget Hickey was a good 20+ SuperCoach ahead of English, they are still losing out on him in the ruck (unless he’s rucking against JPK/Amartey) #salty

At least Heeney didn't burn too much tonight. English though...

Currently don't have a viable donut (well, I'm not holding McGovern just to have one, and Owens would require taking Stephens) so I'm holding out for Dixon (or Hayes, I guess) not to be named. Given the WCE team isn't out til Saturday arvo my best C option after that information is available is Neale, so you can bet your bottom dollar Miller goes enormous.

Got another 20 or so hours to stew over the Gawn decision...

Supercoach has Dixon listed as Injured. Is Dixon still one of the players still effected by the RoNA.

Can any WCE Supporters confirm.?
