View attachment 42842 View attachment 42843 As you can probably see, this week has shot my season to smithereens, so will be using a trade boost. Grundy to Preuss, Rowell to Macrae and someone to Rosas I think. Use the leftover cash to upgrade to another premium the week after. Need to totally retool my team I think.
Don't be so sure - a lot of the lower scoring players are also popular so par for round 5 might be a lot lower than we've seen previously.

I'd still encourage anyone to stick to their plan and target the premos that are slipping in price as you normally would over the next few rounds...

His BE was 128, so his current price will be pretty close to his price next round
Cheers

Hopefully Preuss , Rosas , Sayes (if viable) & 3 of Miller/Oliver/Petracca/Steele as my next 6 trade in targets + keeping an eye on any DPP gold that we are given.

All last year I was waiting for Hall to get injured and backed against him and, of course, he played the whole year. This year I said “don’t be stubborn” and chose him over Hewett when I traded out Whitfield as I wanted to be sure I was side swapping to a ‘real’ premo. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t 😒

I like the look of Rosas but who to trade out is my conundrum........Ward? McCartin? JHF? Rachele? or Soligo who's not doing anything apart from a mid loop option. Have an eye on Hobbs and Callaghan as options the week after.
I’m going to have a quick word with Rowell and Berry to thank them for their service, however they will not be proceeding to the next round of masterchef, what they’ve dished up is not great. I’m pretty sure Berry with his commitment can secure a book deal, not sure I can say the same for Rowell. Between them and Hall’s visit to the knackery following his mid episode walkout, and withdrawal from the bank, there should be some premos dropping in for some masterclass sessions with debutant Rosas.

Thinking Steele and Petracca.

Burning through trades.... But should be able to go
JHF > Preuss
Rowell > Steele

That being said, I skipped Steele this week due to GWS tag this week... Which I still assume comes if Cumming comes back in and they re-shuffle their team.

Rosas is also one to consider cashing in someone for ($130K forward) whether that be Gibcus, JHF, SDK, Dow, Durdin etc.

Grundy - > Preuss
Someone - > Rosas
Rowell - > Petracca

Need to check my figures for Bont , Miller , Oliver & Steele

And see who is confirmed for DPP

Might need to move Daicos to D6 to fit all my F , M & R in.
Someone looks like being Durdin

Grundy - > Preuss
Durdin - > Rosas
Rowell - > Petracca

Rucks : Preuss , J Hayes / Dixon *

Forwards : Dunkley * , Heeney , Butters , Coniglio * , Curnow , Xerri / Martin , Rosas

Brodie * & Gresham * in the mids

Round 7

Someone - > S Hayes (if viable)
1-2 midfield upgrades depending on BE/Price Projections

Forgot Martin likely to get DPP , could do Stephens or Hinge (SDK) - > S Hayes via Daicos

Still struggling with the idea of trading someone like Grundy.

Preuss hard to get in with Hayes, Dixon etc already.

Rosas in would need me to shift e.g. Cogs to midfield to avoid culling a rookie too early…
🤔
I don’t see a huge issue with the Cogs move, personally. I now have Cogs, Brodie and Rachele all in the mids to make room for all these rucks and forwards!

Grundy to Pruess already losing sleep over the trade.?

Grundy to hemerage cash next 4 weeks, preuss expected to make plenty. Potentially a 250k saving for the same pts.

But 2 trades gone. Is it worth it.

And then there is Hayes (port) 123k waiting ....

Witts Preuss Hayes round 7.

This also allow Rowell to Macrae.

Next week trades

Grundy to Pruess
Rowell to Macrae

Struggling on whether to do 3 or 2 trades next week with 31 trades left

Current thoughts are..
Rowell/Stephens(or Rachele)>Preuss/Steele(or green)
Or
All 3 above > Preuss/Steele(or Green)/Rosas
Cant bring myself to trade out Grundy yet, especially when theres so many others to take care of with limited Ruck options

Grundy > Preuss feels wrong somehow

Theres a degree of risk there but honestly I don't care, Grundy is giving me the ****s and looks like hes checked out after seeing the cash, can't watch that bloke jog around and put in zero effort any longer, his ruck craft is horrendous he can't get by without dominance around the ground.
