Has anybody played around with their team to see what it will look like this weekend? It’s like trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube, especially the looping side of things.

All the injury outs are compounded by this weekend’s fixture.

We haven’t even had the team announcements yet so there could be even more twists to come! 😱

Anyone considering Tom DeKoning as a sideways from Xerri (or a downgrade from someone else) to maintain a structure. Likely #1 ruck, potential to make $$ given change to role with Pittonet out
333k.

I'm looking at him and thinking the 130k cheaper than Ladhams, who Is been considered prior to the "Hickey is close" stuff this week.

Injuries haven't hurt my trade plans too much this week, JHF stays Xerri out is the only change. But may change if Hinge isn't named. Any word on him?

Firstly, how is Touk Touk Miller looking? He's a good price and someone I may target this week. I'm thinking of just going balls to the wall and re-bringing in Cripps and Touk and rounding out the mids and being done with that line. I've got no-one to blame, went aggressive and traded out Gawn early and Cripps thinking he may miss a few and it really hurt my team but tis the game we play, won't say love this week as I'm not back in that space :p

Yeah what A week, I'm really struggling to remember a time in 10+ years of playing where I've had so much hurt from one week

Poll added.

7 for me (likely)

Grundy
Xerri
Dow
McCartin
Hayes
Dixon
Hollands (FD), a debut this week wouldn't hurt at all.

Does anyone have any intel on whether Gawn, Oliver and Petracca have had COVID over the summer giving them a period of 'immunity'?

Would be frustrating to trade them in now and have them miss next week with COVID.

Suspect this is difficult to know / predict ...?

See Wogtalias Suns game review for the line on Touk, as he articulates the issues far better than I will.

In short, he's not right, possession count down from high 30's to mid 20's and he doesn't cover anywhere near as much ground as he used to. Kicking is also reduced in both distance and effectiveness. WT reckons he looks an awful lot like a bloke with OP which makes sense to me, but i'm no expert. Right now he's pumping out 95-105 so if you are happy with that output go for it.

As an owner, I will stick fat but come bye time he will be in the crosshairs unless there's improvement.

If Miller can't go 130+ against the pies, can probably write him off for the season.
Miller seems to be carrying some injury and it appears to be one of those injuries that playing won't make it any worse. So, as an owner, I am hoping that the 'injury' will eventually get better in time. How much time though, hmmm.

People who have had Covid in the past can get it again. So having Covid in the past, doesn't exclude you from getting it again.
