Apologies gents, I’ve just got off a flight that was long delayed and was supposed to have Wifi, but didn’t. I’ve missed bringing McGovern and potentially Stack in, but is it okay if I make other changes to my side?
If permitted, below are the ins/outs I would seek for The Darkness for game 2+. I’ll understand if not - you obviously need to draw the line somewhere 🙂

Candidly I would have brought McGovern in for Markov had I been able to make changes, (and possibly made RCD my mid E - harder to say, he and Carroll both named amongst the followers, Cotchin managed etc).

If you are open to making tweaks, I should probably cop McGovern’s 62 than be able to field Starcevich (ave 65 and improving, named HBF) or Budarick (current def E, ave 71, named back pocket). I definitely would have fielded McGovern if I’d been online, and he obviously went low.

- Markov out, Starcevich in (or McGovern’s 62)
- McDonald out, Papley in
- Sharp out (off bench), Carroll in (mid E)
- Doc C, Pendles VC
- If a forward misses, Lipinski forward, Carroll fielded in mids and T Brown to mid E

No issues for me as your opponent but I’ll leave it to the Commisioner decision

I think we need to abide by our league cut off periods, especially in a normal round.

We have stated that the use of notes is encouraged, and that if you think there might be a looming issue, to contact me or Tim in advance. There should be enough leeway for life getting in the way under those conditions.

No problem, that’s fair enough. Happy to run with that (and thanks @Bomber18).

As it happens the expected impact is probably only a McDonald/Papley donut or thereabouts, so I’ve been lucky in that respect.

I guess I’ll just have to barrack against Steele going huge, which will create significant mixed feelings given I’ve just brought him in in Classic and DT 🙂

Bad luck Sho - it looks like I’ve got up in a close one with an unchanged side. McDonald’s donut was a headwind for me, but Rankine didn’t make me pay!
Well done with a donut! You may have ended up getting some positive karma go your way after missing lockout as I swapped WHE for Rankine when I heard WHE might be out with gastro, a gastro affected WHE did far better than Rankine

The soon to be two time Lockhart Medalist, Lachie Neale, once again leading Creme to victory and second spot on the ladder with an astronomical 374 points. He received plenty of help from the Creme de la Creme 2021 Best and Fairest winners in Luke Parker and Thomas Stewart who combined for 337 points.

@KLo30 how does the 2374 rank amongst the highest SCSUL scores in competition history?

YRA (Tails Power) had a 2427 in round 2 season 1, and Goodie's Giants had back to back 2355 later that season.

@KLo30 if a player retires mid way through the year, do they still stay on my SCUKL list until the end of the current year or ar they off my list as soon as they are no longer on an AFL list?
LONG TERM INJURY LIST

The SCSUL Long Term Injury (LTI) list would work in the same manner as the AFL. Teams would be able to place players on the LTI list who won't play, and/or take any further part, in the current season.

Teams are eligible to claim up to $410,000 in salary cap relief of the players salary for the season. Teams will be responsible for the payment of the remainder of the players salary in that season, however the contract year won't be counted for cap purposes.

Teams will be able to replace the player through either the Pre Season or Mid Season Drafts.

A maximum of two players from a team will be eligible to be replaced through this process.

Positions opened on the list via a player placed on LTI list will be known as supplemental selections - LTI, which are a tradeable asset.
A retired or injured player who is not on an AFL list would fit under this category. Caddy is an example of a retired player. Cole and Chesser are examples of injured players, as they are currently not on the West Coast active player list.

The old double Lever trick, never fails
Not to be outdone by last week's effort, the Jets have gone with the double Rotham trick for this round.

Edit: I think these errors are occurring due to Teams cutting/copying and pasting. Don't cut, and when pasting, paste value only.

Definitely not copy/pasting. Wonder what it could be

I’d prefer to have no Rotham at all let alone two of him :ROFLMAO:

Us fellow SCSUL coaches are devastated, furious and disappointed with the actions of Jordan's Jets.

The commissioner has gone to great lengths in educating the coaches around the need to adhere to league guidelines and it is beyond disappointing that you have put yourself in this situation.

At the earliest opportunity the league will meet with the coach concerned.

Punishment will be swiftly dealt and a third Rotham will be added to your lineup.
