How so? Sicily plays deeper than CJ and wasn’t impacted when CJ was available in the first 5 weeks….

Sicily a very safe pick supercoach wise ….
Safe pick yes, but very over priced now. CJ distributes from the D50 quite often. This eats in to Sicilys R50 and possession count. His averages with and without Jiath tell the tale of the tape this year.

Hamilton omitted
This has to be one of the stranger omissions of the year for mine, looks a player and more importantly seems to give a stuff, something which the Giants have lacked.

Was spewing last week after (what I thought was) stupidly going Rioli over him.

I do recall him getting some work done on his calf, but wouldn’t make sense to list him as omitted if a niggle was the reason why he’s out this week, given other players have been listed as injured.

As a Hawk fan have to disagree …. Sicily is the intercept player and CJ the runner from half back…..
also need to look at the scores…

R1- 105 from 27 disposals
R2- 84 from 20 disposals
R3- 105 from 24 disposals
R4- 113 from 20 disposals
R5- 126 from 26 disposals
R6- 113 from 21 disposals
R7- 116 from 26 disposals
R8- 132 from 22 disposals
R9- 141 from 24 disposals

the outlier scores are the past 2 where he has had big first quarters….
whilst overpriced now will score similar or more in output than Stewart from the cats.

Niggle makes more sense as he didn’t even make the 26!

North Melb.
Interesting week for the mid-season ruck mid-pricers.
Goldy has Xerri back; Cameron has Cox.

It was a bold plan to hold both of them and slingshot at R14 but the role splits this week will be telling.
I have Cameron and wouldn’t think Cox‘s return is a big issue. He just takes Begg’s spot and at least Cox can play forward when on-field whereas Begg had to play a high percentage of Ruck when not on the bench.

I wouldn't trade Stewart in at his current price either. I see him reverting to his earlier season average an losing cash, with less iicks and less R50s.
