Looking back, the Hawks were outscored by all 4 of the semi finalists in the second week of the finals, lucky we had the bye that week, or we'd have a different winner!

Great team effort by all of the Hawks supporters to get the win, I know we had many different people top score in various rounds. Hopefully we can go back to back next season.

Thanks for running this @Beg2Differ, it's good to win something this season, even if I didn't contribute too much to it.

So that brings to an end the 3rd edition of the SCS One-eyed Club Challenge and it seems to haven taken a step forward in people's consciousness this year. I think those that have taken an interested and particularly those that posted to that effect.

Congratulations once again to the all conquering Hawks supporters and a particular congratulations to all members who were able to represent their team in a round this year. Hopefully if gave you a little buzz like it did me a couple of times.

See you again next year where hopefully we can grow the representation for all teams a little bit more.

Welcome back to SCS One Eyed Club Challenge for a 4th season. If you would like the chance to represent your team in this comp then just join the SCS Group using the link below and identify your team in this thread. You may help your team to join the premiership list which includes Essendon - 2020, Carlton - 2021 and Hawthorn - 2022.

Join SCS Group

@Spifflicator, flying the flag for GWS, was the highest scorer in the Group this week and recorded a 93 points victory over Adelaide represented by @Baglimit.

Second ranked was @johno686 who let the Tigers to an 87 point victory over the Blues and @Johnsy44.

The Hawks got their premiership defence off to a good start and looked much more threatening than their on-field brethryn by defeating the Bombers by 35 points as @whiteTiga2k got over @Tyson12.

In the thriller of the round the Magpies just got over the Cats with @Swervie just outlasting @Damoz by 2 points.

The Eagles got off to a quick start thanks to @Spots defeated the Kangaroos representative in @Leroy by 115 points.

@siwel lead Brisbane to a 136 point victory over @Tex and Port Adelaide.

The Bulldogs had some bite this week as @Crocodiles (see what I did there) got the better of @francis and the Demons.

Sydney and @Noble Bear had a first up victory by 59 points over the Suns and @Erich1036.

Finally the Saints top the ladder after round 1 with @Markl leading them to a 147 point victory (round high) over the Dockers and @GavinD.

@legauch3 was the high scorer in the group for round 2 and helped Melbourne turn the lights out on Brisbane and @Hot Thunder by 175 points.

Carlton and @Athomas were 2nd ranked and defeated Geelong and @bonji007 by 142 points.

@bomberboy and Essendon were 3rd which was enough to get over @Ironhawk and the Gold Coast by 186 points.

North Melbourne put a disappointing round 1 behind them with @Bontempele leading them to victory over Fremantle and @GavinD in the highest scoring and closest game of the round (11 points).

Collingwood notched up a second victory with @Snatch getting over Port Adelaide and @Spiny Norman by 134 points.

No premiership hangover at the Hawks after 2 games as @Jandrews got the victory over @Trickee and Sydney.

Adelaide said good-bye to Owen as @Pesci001 got over Richmond and @Seymour Skinner in a close one (13 points).

St Kilda maintain top spot with a 2nd win with @Snowman defeating Western Bulldogs represented by @Stringer by 67 points.

West Coast move to 2nd after @Lozmeister led them to victory over GWS and @Spifflicator by 77 points.

@Hawk41 topped the group this week for Hawthorn who maintained a stellar start to their premiership defence and dispatching the hapless Roos by 33 points despite the best efforts of @Beast_Mode (ranked 4th).

Port Adelaide ranked 2nd with @Tails leading them to their first victory for the season over the Crows and @madmunza by 97 points.

The Blues ranked 3rd with @Matt getting the better of @Spifflicator and GWS by 162 points.

The Western Bulldogs move into the 8 with @Crocodiles getting over Brisbane and @siwel by 76 points.

In the close one for the round the Magpies just outlasted the Tigers by 8 points with @Lgndhen23 beating @Ginty22.

Despite dropping to second the Saints match their on-field brethryn by remaining undefeated with @Snowman leading them to victory over the Bombers and @Locky27 by 18 points.

Geelong broke their duck (unlike their on-field brethryn) by getting over the Suns with @Damoz defeating @Erich1036 by 128 points.

@tso led Melbourne to their 2nd victory getting over the Sydney and @jaca by 58 points.

West Coast jump to the top of the table with a 56 point win over Fremantle with the representatives there being @Paully and @The Experiment.

Feels like we are light on a few teams. I'm used to Sydney only having a handful of reps... but surely we have more Freo fans?!?

EDIT: Important that I state this is an observation on the mix, not a criticism. Love the comp!

Sydney had 6 last year and Freo 3 so they are only 1 down each. It does surprise me how some teams have very few followers on this site.

There are members who follow all teams that don’t join and it surprises me a little that they don’t jump in and get involved once they stumble across this thread. A couple have jumped in late this year but generally very few do after the season starts.

Sydney was top of pops this week with @Noble Bear leading them to victory over Port Adelaide and @Connoisseur by 72 points.

Adelaide were 2nd ranked with @Drew getting the chockies by 115 points over the winless Dockers represented by @The Experiment.

@pizza safety and Essendon were 3rd ranked as they defeated GWS and @NT.Thunder by 81 points.

Geelong finally grounded the reigning champion Hawks with @Shaahorn getting the better of @Hawk by 31 points.

North Melbourne keep themselves in touch with a 37 point win over the Blues thanks to @Beast_Mode defeating @kakarot.

Collingwood maintained their unbeaten record with @Such is Fyfe getting the victory over the @Beijing_Sting lead Lions by 30 points.

St Kilda regain top place with @Snowman leading them to victory over Gold Coast and @Ironhawk by 107 points.

West Coast dropped to 2nd but remained undefeated with @Rumbler leading them to victory over Melbourne and @tso by 10 points in the closest finish this round.

The 6-man Western Bulldogs are flying under the radar a little as they sit in 4th with 3 wins. This round @warewolves gave them victory over Richmond and @Rickwood by 30 points.

All Hail the Snowman!
A mythical figure who comes from the north, and brings the winter to all those who come up against him!
A pillar that no man shall pass!
OK mixing up my references!
Surely an MVP in the making!

Would also just like to say I love this comp, thanks @Beg2Differ for all your work here and elsewhere on the comps.
The presenting in a fun and interactive way on this thread is 100% and keeps the simpleton's like me easily amused! lol
