5 teams with a guaranteed finalist combination

3 Clayton / MvG
2 Clayton / Humphries

Still very much up in the air outside an advantage that Jay Sea has with no lost selections.
That all hinges on Clayton, as do 5 of the other 6 Clayton selectors pending a positive result to have a guaranteed finalist. If Cross wins then at least 2 teams are done.

And on top of all that, there’s different captains still alive, so it’s anyone’s guess how results will pan out.

PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS - FINAL RESULTS

MvG takes home another title in 2022 with a 9-dart finish against Rob Cross for an 11-6 win. Cross reached his first final of 2022 and puts his name on the radar as another to watch at next months World Championships.
