I agre. Every year I feel I want them to decrease the number of trades along with bringing back Friday night lock-outs but every year they make it a tad easier so essentially every year it gets a tad harder for the die hard SuperCoaches.
Always one winner / same amount of easiness

I'm seeing a lot of sides with Hopper and/or Taranto. I know Hopper is cheap and is guaranteed midfield minutes, ditto Taranto with his FWD status.

The Tigers have never been a high scoring side from a SC perspective, seems a risky move to me.

What's Taranto though, a 25-year-old top 3 draft pick?

The last 3 top 3 draft picks playing for the Tiges at age 25 have gone 119.3, 100.1 and 103.6. That's plenty for a $503.1k forward.

Hopper, expecting to make 180K and a flip to a premium round 13. Neale or Brawshaw will be my target.

Taranto top 6 FWD by end of the year.

Expecting both to break the 105+ average for the year.

Dusty and Cotchin averaged 100+ at similar ages.

Most definitely

51 days to go so not worrying about it too much at this stage.

Bench rookies appear and will be able to upgrade my 3 speculators (Anderson , Green & Titch) in any case.

I thought you were snow boarding
We both have the same 3x speculative midfield picks plus Andy Brayshaw.

Looks like I've got competition for rank #11,692 this season.

IMO Hopper was not recruited primarily for midfield minutes. The Tigers last year had a stoppage issue and my guess is Hopper is the fix. Strangely for 2022 centre clearances they ranked second but for other stoppage clearances they ranked last. While he did not have a great year in 2022 in 2021 he ranked equal 5th in stoppage clearances. Maybe centre bounces allowed the Tigers to set up just how they wanted but around the ground they could not repeat that. Don't know. Hopper is not a keeper (well not expected to be for me) but his scoring should allow him to be used as a stepping stone.

He's priced at 60 & should score 90. It's a fairly straightforward pick for mine as who else can you bank on outscoring their price by 30 ppg?

I think you're on the money there. He's definitely the clearance specialist the Tigers were missing.
