Not much talk on Jai Serong. ? Is he a chance RD1.
The Jai mentioned in that tweet is likely Jai Newcombe.

It can get a bit confusing at times when the full name is not used. There's two CMac's for example - Macdonald and Mackenzie (plus a BMac), and 13 players in the squad with a first initial of J (James x 3, Josh/Joshua x 4, Jai x 2, Jack x 2, Jacob and Jarman). Not to mention a few Ned's, a few Max's, a few Mitchell's (even after trading one), a few Sam's etc.

Ziebell just about a lock down back, F/D DPP at round 6 makes him a lot easier to start as well as doesn't impede the DPP influx that's probable to the forwards, especially valuable for those who, like me, want to go heavy rookies down back as he can swing there in round 6 to plug up a spot.
Ziebell news great but geez that throws a spanner in my structure. Time to move some magnets.... Gotta laugh at yourself when you think you've locked in your structure in early Feb

What's your thoughts on Will Day and he likely Ave
I like him, and he is potentially going to spend more time in a wing type role I believe, I think I read he was spending time training with the midfield group.

Not sure of average, I'd expect a small boost this year, but probably not a heap higher than last year.

Richmond Match Sim

- Taranto & Cotchin played midfield
- Dusty & Bolton played forward
- Hopper sat out as he is on a modified program

Per Herald Sun.

I had a draft team that I liked the basic structure, but it had a few niggling queries I was going nuts trying to resolve. Then I dropped Hopper and replaced him with Ashcroft. Now I have reservations about Ashcroft but the result was fantastic. Kind of like releasing your belt as you sit on the sofa after an oversized Xmas lunch. Upgraded M5 to a premium immediately. Now have cash to cover high end rookies if required. Can upgrade rucks if required (currently Grunshall). Can upgrade in defence. And after doing at least two of those three will still have cash. Liberating.

That all sounds great.

Now for Hopper to play the next match sim and absolutely dominate. You might be sitting up from that sofa and looking for your belt post haste! 😉
