This one looks like a tough one to update, I don't envy you @The Banker.

Looks like both my C and VC have managed a Rd 1 win, I am happy with that, as I honestly had no idea who to pick for those spots. Bit of random guessing with names I vaguely recognised.
I've made a head start tonight. I will give up at some stage. It's not as bad as it looks once you get going...found that last year too from memory.

This is kind of the biggest day for the year, but I don't want to give up on it because it's one of the 2 big field events and brings something different to the year.

My pink players kicked butt, going 5-0 in Rnd 1, and 3-2 in Rnd 2.
My green players have gone 1-3 in Rnd 2.
My yellow players have started 3-1.

The only score missing from this morning is Tricole's loss for Adam. There was an issue at the venue apparently and the peripherals never translated to the site I used. He lost 6-4 in the first round. Hopefully this clears up sometime this morning. I think it may have affected 2 games maybe on the main stage of which the other game had no selections.

Karel Sedlacek:

Presents great value and although I have yet to have an in-depth look at the field, he is my favourite for captaincy if opting from a player starting in the first round.

Earned a two year tour card at Q-School in 2020 and by the end of the 2021 was ranked 71st in the world. Was unable to earn a tour card at Q-School in 2022 but was able to qualify for plenty of Euro Tour events and narrowly missed out on the top 64 (Ranked 68th) and an automatic tour card. These earnings reset to $0 and he was able to earn a tour card through the European Q-School for a two year stay on the PDC circuit earlier this year.

Has a very nice draw at the UK Open as all of his opponents during the first three rounds could be the Amateur qualifiers if results go his way. Qualified for the UK Open twice and at both editions has won two matches (2020= Started in first round and lost in the third round, 2021= Started in second round and lost to S Whitlock in the fourth round).

Defeated Australian Raymond Smith 3-0 at the World Championships this year and then pushed Dirk all the way to a fifth and final set in a losing effort (17:15 onwards)
Through to the fifth round.
