It's tough. 70k down to Madden is a lot of coin that could be required elsewhere. Really struggling with starting structure this year, not helped by not having been able to see much of the praccy games for myself just yet.
I like the role but Cats fans here are shaky on his JS, which is basically the key reason to go for it in my head.
LDU in my opinion, perma-mid role wont change. 2nd half of last year averaged 113. Taranto and gulden may both play fwd a bit and wont average 113. LDU at least might average 113.
Looking at Bruhn and CBAS's for Geelong this year without Selwood. Bruhn and Parfitt were the ones they seemed to be looking at with Bruhn probably ahead by the looks of clearance numbers. Still Blicavs to come into that CBA % with Likely Danger, Atkins and Guthrie being the main 3. Would this be right and is that enough for Bruhn to make some money?

That’s the issue I see with Bruhn, he has looked fantastic but how much time does he get in the middle when the cats are at full strength? So much depth at the cats, I can see a lot of rotation happening in the centre square & Scott loves having versatile players that he can move around throughout a game - he is a very good match day coach who can adapt well on the run if things aren’t going the cats way. Just a few too many question marks for me but can certainly see the appeal.
Bruhn is another easy fix at his price, you would think by round 3 one of Bruhn, Fyfe, Zeibell would have shown their hand. Problem maybe all three are must haves.
What do we all think of Flanders? Is $250k too much for a F6? Big pre-season and looked impressive in both praccys, albeit without Touk. Scored well on the weekend even in a thrashing and with only 6 CBAs. Won a bit of contested ball too which is always good to see. Could be a pre-season trap but he's looking good.

Bowes will run through aswell but it's essentially Bruhn VS Parfitt for mine I doubt we'll play both of them in the same side with full availability, Bruhn been far more impressive.
Going to be pressure for the spot so Bruhn will have to play well which some people might have a problem with but honestly think he plays better that way.

Hes my F6 so I hope not, didnt think the way he scored wouldn't be there with Touk in the side, Davies and Fiorini got the majority of the mid minutes.
Am thinking of a risky change. Replacing Rozee and Cogs with Moore and Butters. Don’t think it’s too big a risk unless there is a significant difference in scoring. I like Moores durability over Cogs, and butters appears relatively safe to Rozee.
