Jones you know where he is going to play and what role he has, Crozier is a bit more suspect but I think if given a decent crack he can go 70s which is adequate for his price. I don't think both of them is an issue.

Very high probability that he might have taken Constable's place, who was probably gone when Weller and Powell were back anyway.
