I'm benching Ashcroft to take Hollands 71. If I didnt have that option, I'd be looping Ashcroft as you suggested.

All well and good, provided you have the donut to be able to take his score if he delivers. Not sure you want to miss when he goes bang, I dare say last week could well be his lowest score for the year. Granted, he does play against arguably the best side and midfield in the comp tonight, but as I said, would only be EMGing if you can take his score.

Like to share who you are bringing in this week and for ??. It's a hard read when your squad is mostly playing and you have to weed out a few for perhaps better options on only one game and yes only 3 trades next week

Yeah sorry - I'm looking at 3 of Ziebell, JHF, Sheezel, Daicos, Young, Cogs, Chandler and Ed Richards as the main players. Sheezel I think will come in regardless, probables JZ and Ed Richards. I really like Richards role and scoring history of late and the extra ~ $50k on a Daicos/Young opens up options for next week with both higher end rookie corrections and guys like JHF and Bowes.

I've got Hopper, Flanders and Liam Jones to watch again this week but it's not unrealistic that all three will be gone from my team come Round #3

I had the same dilema, went with Hollands 71. I do think Ashcroft will score better then last week. I think similar scores here.

I mean... I agree I don't think the eventual winner would have started Stewart > Doc but c'mon. Gotta hold someone to something like this.

Think I'll trade in Hollands. He's shown he can run out games easily enough and can, with such an outside role, be expected to last a while without getting too banged up. Means he should get a fair few games in. 160k or whatever isn't too much to sit on the pine these days and a 60 or so makes for a decent enough emergency score for late outs. Outside wingmen usually go for high 300ks if they're half decent but not too damaging. That's what I'll hope for from Hollands.

Would only pay up for hollands if you have all the other ” priority” rookies below $200k first…
namely Sheezel, Chandler, Comben to name a few….

Agree Hollands looks to be an endurance beast and for the second game in a row ran the most kms by a Blue…
if he can sharpen up his kicking efficiency could have another peak score…

Are Chandler and Comben priorities? I guess we can decide whether we gamble on Chandler next week after tonight but Comben (who I picked) could easily drop a 30 and not be on the radar whatsoever. For what it's worth I wouldn't want to field any of the $124k F only rookies so we can only really pick 2 imo.

Jack Ziebell last week had 22 kicks 4 handballs and 9 Marks - went at 96% and only scored 102SC - does he get much better than that looking at the stat line?

All depends on this weekends games…best to get another sample this week before picking them up…think both will score reasonably well and make as much money as a Hollands due to the cheaper starting price…
