I know everyone is excited about Setterfield, just be mindful that if he drops back to around a 100 average or drops a 60, he wont make more than around $110k before round 10. Nothing to be sniffed at for sure, but I feel like everyone sees that huge round 2 score and just thinks he will rocket to $550k before the byes
For me it is not just the cash generation but more the onfield scores we will get. I expect a range of 95 - 105 from him.

I find that hard to believe. Do you mean DC is in 34% of the top 1%. That would make sense. Good news for DC owners / those bringing him in either way
Nope MC. Gives me hope that a stack of teams ahead of me are very catchable, and if I don’t panic trade too often too early, I'll run them down. Good reminder not to sideways trade and chase last week's points

Setters vs chandler…setters guaranteed best 22 and should be able to average 90-100 as an inside mid being a high draft pick - never played that position at GWS or Blues. Chandler is at risk of coming out of the team with Pickett and other players returning.

Chandler's purely a round 4 $60k loan, easy money. Despite Pickett's return, unless Chandler's named in the emergencies, he's a round 5 return on investment as well.

Can't wait to have him playing in the big show, two super junior guns instead of one!

LDU for the brownlow, Larkey for the Coleman, two more first rounders next year... best it's felt being a Roos supporter for a long time :D:cry::D
You forgot: "Highly credentialed, top line coach"

Been a while since you had one of them too. Fair bit looking good for the Roos right now

Yes, but because ones a rookie and the other isn't that is pretty standard. Chandler needs 3-4 more to make enough cash to start upgrades, and is currently the leading rookie. That is why he is a priority.

I thought the same thing, and then I thought, maybe it's Brennan Cox...and did they know something we didn't before round 1? lol

Something has gone awry there. Notice he doesn't have the % split for playing / bench. He's the only one in the list that doesn't have that data.

According to https://supercoachdata.com/SCAFL/ Mason Cox is in 4 of the top 5,888 teams.

All over the place on trades this week.

Now considering

Rozee - Zieball F4 (concerned if Hall is named)
Darcy-Cameron
Chesser - Setters M5

No Chandler but still allows decent cash generation and points.?

Leaves me with (13) Keeper Structure and limited rookies on field.

(Doc Dawson #35) Gibney McKenna Constable
(Laird Oliver Bont Green) Setters Callaghan Ascroft Mackenzie
(Marshall Cameron) loop
(Dunk Taranto Gulden Zeiball ?) Sheez Pedlar

Dont really want to trade Rozee but could be a POD move? Good or Bad time will tell, just think Setters is a must for Cash Generation and points. Darcy looks like he will hemerage cash next few weeks and Cameron looks a little bit fitter this year and should be a good chance at FWD keeper.? PLus its always Good to see a few MAGPIES in my team.

Bringing in Chandler just makes my FWD line look vunerable. Setters and Hopper can make up the cash difference and provide better points returns.?

75K Itb with Hopper the target when he returns.
Ugh, you had to mention trading Rozee didn't you :D

Now I can afford Setterfield, ZB and Daicos. For Macrae, Rozee and Flanders. The 200k extra leaves we with 246k to look at Bowes and Kozzie in the next 2 weeks. Bytel perhaps. Means I miss out on Hollands and have to keep Chesser for another week at least.

How's my MPM though? Setterfield, Worpel, Hopper, JHF and Ziebell. The madness.... the madness.... Getting very low on keepers too with 6 trades already burned. Thinking it leaves me very little for any slingshotting at the byes and I'm heavily exposed in round 15.

This sucks. I did not want to make the move onto Cameron but now it honestly feels foolish not to.
Hematomas can be gone within a week. Sometimes up to a month. It has already been a week so factor that into whether or not Cox missing is going to change the calculus on Darcy Cameron too much. We also have McStay and Frampton who can run through the ruck for a few minutes a quarter. Cameron's ruck time isn't necessarily going to spike too much.

What's the concern on Rozee? Have I missed something?
Just a slow start. He is moving ok and you don't lose your skill overnight. Think JHF moving in might affect his mid minutes and scoring a bit and we have Boak coming back.

TBH, I'm kinda happy keeping Rozee but the FOMO on Setterfield, Ziebell and Daicos is massive. Then there's LDU. I shudder to think what he's going to do to the Hawthorn midfield this week.

I got Daicos last week, and have gone with Ziebell over Setterfield this week. Keeping Hopper. Can't fit them all in, even if I don't trade Darcy.
