Other than maybe a bit more from Hopper I couldn't ask any more from today. He might even be my route to Oliver, so that might work out too.

I think I would appreciate this ridiculous record in close games so much more if it was coming from any other club!

Played: R Marshall
Yet to play:
Saturday: A Brayshaw, J Dunkley, W Ashcroft, C McKenna, J Kelly, S Coniglio, J Lloyd, T English (VC), M Bontempelli, F Greene, S Mitchell, H Sheezel, J Ziebell, C Oliver, K Chandler and J Van Rooyen
Sunday: T Stewart, J Hopper, N Daicos, J Dawson and R Laird

Surely it is not unreasonable to expect the remainder of players to score at a similar rate to Marshall. What could possibly go wrong?

Did not consider Marshall given my loop options available and too often I avoid an early VC under the impression it is a lazy approach, especially those I am not too confident in of reaching that 120-130 odd range to be worthwhile given the alternatives at my disposal. In saying that, I might default to English and Oliver once again. Phillipou as mid coverage on the bench so hopefully no outs as Johnson without the E will surely score an 80 if someone misses. :ROFLMAO:
Ended on 2250 with Oliver as captain. A few subpar premium scores along with three forward rookie scores under 50. Bar that, solid contribution from the rest to reach the final total.

Pretty much lost all of my 50/50 decisions including the captaincy change from Dawson to Naicos.

Last 4 weeks of hard work up the rankings all undone in a single week.

How I still won 4 leagues is beyond me but lost the important one to Vicwood in PL2. Well played mate.

Please don’t tell me you are back on The Pies. You can’t just switch back when Pies doing good things.
How can you not be! Now the whole Malthouse/Buckley saga is behind us I can take the club seriously. Great team to watch and so are Adelaide.

That's a tough match-up in SCE mate - maybe CD will swing you a point.
