Did somebody say Waterman was named on-field in the VFL? Probably taking Poulter over Bergman but won't if there's any risk of him being the sub.
Named on feild in VFL, but VFL starts after AFL game. He's listed as an Emergency, with Cahill, Cox and Ambrose.

Three of the four Essendon emergencies have been named on field in the VFL. Waterman, Cahill and Ambrose. Cox is the only emergency not named in the VFL.

We'll all need to wait until the final teams are named to know who is the medical sub for the AFL team.

Do you think Heeney's role was good because Franklin is playing?
If Franklin gets injured again, as his recent history shows, do you think Heeney's SC scoring will fall again?
Or did the injured hand hampered his SC scoring, but healed now?
I tend not to pick FOGI (Fear Of Getting Injured) players, which Heeney and Franklin are on that list of mine, but due to the lack of good forwards, low priced Heeney may be worth the risk, as you said?
Think he was just a bit fitter, Franklin and McLean holding the key posts, Blakey forward also as the 2nd ruck and then Wicks and Hayward being such limited players kind of have to play forward so he fell into Gulden's high HF role essentially. It's not the midfield I want but it's as close as I think he gets.

Hand was definitely bothering him the past couple of games but no glove and looked a lot better today.

Injury risk is absolutely omni-present but at sub 350k he's a punt worth taking for anyone who needs to find some value. Premium level is so low right now that even 90 at that price does the job.

Zorko putting on a junk time clinic tonight, really knows how to rip a throat out when he feels like it.
