Yes I haven't. Waiting to see if he goes big tonight against the Dons. If he puts in another 80 then will think about downgrade to English, however I think English's score was a bit inflated by Hickey going down. Not sure he will go 125.
I haven't either...............champs like him.............well, you know lol..............what a player

Berry > Xerri. 100k in the bank for an early upgrade.

Is Naish a good cash cow? I've gotta get rid of the spud Owens sometime and Naish is the only decent rookie I don't have at the moment. Not sure on his JS though.

Asking myself the same question.. wondering if one of the cheaper options might be the way to go? MacDonald, maginnes etc?

I can also see value in waiting a week, couple of decent 1st game scores last week.

I need some wisdoms. Trading in Hewett, I see three options:

1. McGovern to Hewett. I lose him as my VC/C loophole and Rachele/Durdin loop but keep Chappy for a potential spike game and cash gen.

2. Chappy to Hewett. Would be benched at D7 if I hold. Might miss a spike score and cash gen but I can loop VC/C (Neale into Cripps) this week and Rachele/Durdin.

3. VC Butters tonight and decide later. If Butters goes huge I can trade Chappy, otherwise I can trade Gov and get a free hit with a potential Chappy spike score.

I had decided to, but I'm now unsure.

My plan was to trade

1. Gawn to Jackson
2. Long (FD) to Hewett (via SDK forward)

(the SDK <> McCartin D/F link would be handy)

But if Long is named as a starter, it seems a bit counterintuitive. If he's a sub then it's even more problematic.

It really comes down to if Hewett is a must?, and the money Gawn will lose vs what Hewett (or Long) will make.

Can anyone remind me of Long's scoring potential and JS?

Does Hewett keep up this level of scoring as well?

I can't really work it out.

Any advice super welcome.

*(Also on some wicked painkillers at the moment, so I'll need all the help I can get - or maybe I'll make better decisions. Doubtful though.)

I’ve got him in DT and was happy with last week’s performance. I suspect his results could be heavily dependent on Covid outcomes in WA, but I understand he can play wing, where they’re (even more) thin.

Right, well, I managed to forget to do my trades last night so I've missed Heeney. My intended trades were Berry and Gawn to Heeney and Petracca - Gov to Xerri is still obvious and locked in.

Do I:
1) Do the same trades, but with Jackson in place of Heeney. Don't love this because English appears the much better option here, but also locked out! Does however have the benefit of not relying on Hayes. Could actually do Witts here too now I think about it.
2) Get Rowell and Petracca, which will mean sacrificing Steele instead of Gawn.
3) Hold fire. Xerri is the only key rookie I'm missing, so this is really just the "bet on Gawn to come good" option.

Set up to take English next round I think perhaps via Hayes R2 for one round…? Does that work by you say doing Option 2 via Gawn?
