Grundy to Preuss.

Bank the $425K and hold for 2 weeks with a plan of bringing in both Steele and Macrae for 2 of Brodie, Hinge, McCartin, JHF. (may need one other downgrade in there).

Trading out early on some decent cash cows but I am going for overall and don’t want to die wondering.

Will give me a midfield of Macrae, Touk, Steele, Brayshaw, Kelly, Neale, Cripps, Daicos

Contemplating a similar move, as it will fund Berry to Green. However, two things concern me. 1. Pruess is made out of string and paper and could break at any moment, 2. Does he score as well with Flynn in the side as I think he comes back in to combat Darcy/Meek?

I will probably just hold, even with a Berry suspension.

If you have both Hayes and Dixon that's pretty solid cover imo.

Could you just do McGov to Martin? As long as he is playing Dixon will make some money right, even if second ruck/fwd. And Preuss's role (and body) isn't the most reliable, so might be good to see him named for his 3rd game before committing.

Will depend on one of Hayes and Dixon playing.

Now thinking if anyone goes it could be Rachele. Yet will try to hold off Preuss for a week where possible. Realise I can have a free look at Dixon and move Hayes to forward line for Rachele if Dixon struggles. Thanks for thoughts.

The "obvious" play for me is Marshall to Gawn/Grundy and Draper to Preuss. But seems risky to go early on Preuss. Can also swing Draper to (say) Gresham, and bring English into the ruck division.

The certainty is Draper and Marshall must go, as they will bleed too much cash.

Looks like I need Martin

Depending on teams options to use could be :-

Rachele , Stephens , Ward via Long

Lose Long direct (doubt Dixon & Hayes last much longer so can use them as a VC/C 🍩 possibly down the track)

Curnow depending on injury status

Think I am missing 2 players (English & Hewett) from having a great start to the season.

Forward line will be :-

Dunkley , Heeney , Butters , Coniglio , Curnow , Xerri / Martin , Durdin

See if Preuss gets to Round 5 then Durdin - > Preuss via Hayes/Dixon

Hopefully Xerri DPP in Round 6

Round 6 triple upgrade

Just need Dixon and/or Hayes to play the next 2 rounds ideally

Dow 29/35 CBA's has piqued my interest.

Would be Rachele or Stephens > Dow.

Would be more inclined to do it if I could loop Dow with JHF this week but Stephens plays early (assuming dropped) and doubt Macdonald gets dropped.

Dusty/Prestia are factors too, but looks like Dow is set to be CBA king for the year I would guess.

It's ballsy but I'm also looking at Grundy > Preuss. The cash generated allows me to do Hough > Cripps who I missed last week.

Cripps still looks very good buying this week and the team looks strong moving forward. Team looks...kinda sick?

Marshall -> Preuss is not bad.

Gresham is a bit of a head scratcher for me. Essentially every player we bring in now is either a keeper, or will need to make enough money to justify a second trade on swapping them out again. I don't think Gresham meets either of those?
