Strategy 2023: Round 15 Trades

Not 100% sure yet. Ideal plan was English, Green, Ford to Oliver, Petracca, Dewar(loop) but $4,400 short.

English to Oliver locked in.
Need to trade one of Ford or Johnson to Dewar.
3rd trade is either not used, Sheezel out or Green out. The in will be either Petracca, Serong or Mitchell.

Team will be complete with Humphrey and Johnson/Ford as cover. Either 4 or 5 trades left depending on whether I use the 3rd trade this week. Will have anywhere from 18 to 20 this week including 15-16 premiums.

Couple of slingshot upgrades. Don’t @ me if you think Briggs is honestly going to outscore Gawn for the rest of the season while playing one less game - just go and take a good hard look at yourself.

Would like Walsh but final upgrade will probably be Darcy Cameron, ideally then drift in Walsh to have Bailey Smith to cover M7/F9

Very tempted by Cripps next fresh off a bye at 450k.

What's the go with Harvey Harrison and his JS? Is he playing due to an injury/suspension to another player? Or do you think he will maintain his spot for the next few weeks at least?

Wanted to trade Cincotta instead of Humphrey but couldn’t make it work with DPP. Leaves me with 17 this week and Cincotta as D7 who isn’t bad coverage imo!

Himmelberg F6 and Day + Sheezel D5/6. Not ideal but prefer them to the Fyfe/Yeo types.

Thinking that I should complete my team before upgrades:

Ford to Maric is a definite

Might go Weddle to D.Cameron - gives me ruck cover for Briggs
Or if I need more players, it will be Cincotta to Yeo

Looking at 18-20 this round... Depends on Johnson and Chesser being picked though, and Sicily's appeal. If Sicily's suspension gets downgraded at all... Might keep him.

I think HH's spot is at risk to Billy Elliott's return. We have De Goey, Steele, McStay, Howe to come back in as well. Tough to get a spot in the team.

I took him this round purely for the fact that being low on trades I need someone more likely that a $102k rookie that’ll hopefully play out the season. He was named on the ball and will be given jobs and is a talent so had a crack.
