Jumping off someone who has gone 132 and 125 his last two is questionable, especially with a potential second gamer ruck match-up if Witts misses again!

Darcy vs GC in 2021 (no Witts): 140
What I’ve noticed about Darcy’s stats, is when he’s under around 14-15 disposals, he goes below that 90 mark. Think he’ll get a decent amount of it this week, especially if it remains dry.

Surprisingly, two of the games the tweet posted about were wins for Freo. The loss was against GC where it bucketed down the 2nd half (which explains low disposals for Darcy).

Either way, Darcy isn’t playing against Witts this week:

We had all of Gawn, Grundy, Brown and McDonald playing in the one team so can’t see why we couldn’t have JVR, Grundy, Brown and McDonald playing in the same team too.

Once Gawn is back it becomes interesting though. Might come down to the worst performer of Brown, McDonald or JVR over the next couple of weeks gets dropped.
Sounds like a nice headache to have from a team perspective.

That was my thinking. McDonald came in for Brown. Kicked 4 goals so should hold his spot. If Lever misses McDonald could go back. Petty was playing forward as well. Surely he goes back.

Melbourne would be looking to stretch the Essendon backline. As good as our backline is functioning at the moment, we don't exactly have any gorilla defenders.

Fahey is a $123.9k DEF/MID who has been playing HB in the VFL.
Warner is a $123.9k MID/FWD who I believe would play more FWD in the seniors(?).

Good to see some rookies finally popping up, particularly in the MID’s.
Unfortunately I have a feeling Warner will be sub.
Fahey will score really well if he gets a gig I think. You would think a Whitfield injury is around the corner, right?;)
