I would say you are probably still in with a shot of winning overall, being within 15 points of the lead, but anyone below you on the overall standings will need a lot of luck to win.

POJ ran the 1000m section from the 1400m to the 400m in 56.51.
For those that don't know, that is just ridiculously fast.
You'd normally expect that to be around 57.5-58.0, even at the top level!!!!
