Is Wells a priority out ...
- I'd just leave him on bench and deal with Mathurin if possible ...
Might go this instead

McCain Mathurin Wagner out, keep Wells and Siakam
Murphy III, Daniels, M. Porter Jr in, no D.Murray in

Monk and Murphy III go out the following round, the other 7 starters have 4 games, the other trade would be a down grade on the bench or injury or an under performer

Would consider Dosunmu if Chicago’s fixture was more favourable but a 2,3,3 is not compelling. Also would come under more consideration if Chicago can somehow find a suitor for LaVine before the trade deadline but for both the aforementioned reasons I would prefer to pass on him.
Also worth watching this week with the whole team likely available to ensure he's still starting, not a terrible cash grab though this week and doing a good job of filling the stat sheet up.

Out: Carrington, Mathurin and Wagner
In: J Williams, P Pritchard and K Jones

Williams returns given the savings over a Doncic type and a 4,4 run for RD9 and RD10. The dual position status of K Jones to maximise cash will come in handy along with the eventual plan to trade A Sarr for any position. Pritchard with double Chicago and then 4,4 looks to be a nice option to allow the cash to be spent at the PF and SF positions.

Three of Sabonis, Black, McCain and Sarr will be traded in RD9 with the likes of Towns/Tatum/Doncic vying as the Sabonis replacement and the guard positions likely to be quick rentals with a lack of standout options at the position.

Actually thinking I'm not going to grab Sabonis after looking at my trades, not locked and will see what happens this week but basically forces a trade in the next week, which would effectively lock me into 3 already for week 9 without any downgrades, definitely tossing up whether to burn the last boost this week as creates some interesting options.

Lot of the Knicks/OKC guys are very strong options with the 4/4 coming up and some genuine chances to make cash. Hard to really steer away from them given the flexibility it creates, Knicks even better getting the extra 4 games in week 11 which will obviously help a lot with the balancing of offloading them.

Do want Luka but hard to justify over SGA given the above and feel the sacrifice on court is too much to grab both, also the 3 in R10 hurts. He's great value though, injuries have been a problem this year for him though which compounds an unfavourable schedule.

Will definitely be Wagner/Davis/Agbaji out for me barring major changes in the next 9 days! Possibly cash Diabate/Risacher if I do boost.

9 days to tinker is way too much

I intend on holding Booker through his week of 2 games to have him in my side for the 5 game week, just hope he plays all 5 of those games or it probably won't be worthwhile! Pretty happy with my team now. Might change Micic if it looks like Lamelo will be back but im not sure who i would go to given i only have ~90k leftover with this team. I could fade Booker for someone a bit cheaper but i guess i'll worry about that later.

The trades i made were Harden, Mathurin & Edey > Murray, Booker & Micic

Still holding a boost in hand

No Jokic this week was a killer to watch but thankfully has only set me back 5 spots overall.

Ironically, I think I may hold off another week on the big man as I think Sabonis on 3 can at least come close to matching Joker while leaving me 7mil to deploy elsewhere on field.

Still a whole week to lock down trades but am thinking AD, Miller, Mathurin, & Sarr to Sabonis, Johnson, Williams, & Jones. I should be able to do Sabonis, Giannis, and Hartenstein to Joker, & some 30mil combination of 2 players the following week.

Some RDT scores I manually calculated for my players (or those on my watchlist) today ...

- Williams 14 pts
- Black 22 pts
- Doncic 24 pts
- Lillard 28 pts
- Giannis 35 pts
- SGA 50 pts

I'll add to these as the non-fantasy week unfolds ...

Edit: if anyone wants additional players to be added just let me know
- it really doesn't take me very long to come up with the scores ...

Sometimes recommendations don't go very well ..

- I said Knecht (29) on field over Boston Jr (58) ... - 29 pts
- I chose Miller (87) to trade out over Mathurin (43) .... - 44 pts
- but I did get Micic (58) over McCain (57) .... + 1 pt

Such a fine line ....

I like the thought process behind this ...
- the players are tweakable but the concept to me looks sound ..

Jalen Johnson is listed with "shoulder soreness" but so was Irving who looked just fine today ...

- hard to put any trust in team medico's these days ...
- if they want to give a player a day off then IMO they will make it happen and invent an excuse ...
- but that is the side affect of the "new rules" .... all good if you invent an excuse (injury) to get around them ...

I hadn't seen the Johnson news so that's good to know. But yes definitely a loose plan at the moment pending form and injury news this week. I think I also saw somewhere that Brunson had an ankle tweak in the game yesterday, so if that becomes anything more I will be looking to offload him instead of Miller. All just a watch this week.

Early days, but I like this today

Rd8
OUT: Wagner, Miller, McCain
IN: SGA, Hart, Vincent

View attachment 81133

Rd9: OUT: Sabonis, Monk & benchie downgrade. IN: whoever I want.

I'll deal with Mathurin in Rd10
I'd be interested in what you could achieve with Wagner, Miller and Mathurin out ....
- as that would be my first line of thoughts ...

So if I'm going to comment on other peoples trades I might as well put some of mine on the table ...

At the moment plan A is:
- AD, Wagner Mathurin out and two of SGA, Sabonis or Doncic in + a cheap play in Castle, Boston Jr etc ...

Leaves me with a few week links on field but I haven't had the chance to cash out my bench yet ...
- that doesn't concern me yet as I want to be fully set up by round 11 (when the Eliminator starts) ...

If everyone has Jokic as a Perma C for the rest of the season (most likely) ... then the difference is going to come down to what you can afford to put around him ..
- to me that is gong to be the minefield to navigate through and the cheaper you can buy them (thinking of the top line guns) the better off you may be ...

Plan B ... I have considered actually trading out Jokic if I could get all three which I can with 4 mil left in the bank ...
- but it'd leave me with a Mathurin sized headache on field ....
- yep, I can come up with some crazy ideas but this one isn't out of the equation yet as long as I can get Jokic back ...
- I reckon I could but not sure if I'm brave enough to chance it ....

Plan C, D etc .... still in progress ...
