The dual is handy and they’re not too far apart. Henshall was starting that first game last round was hard to skip

Yeah, terrible luck. I almost traded him in for round 2 double but decided against it. Then somewhat reluctantly traded him in this round given his upside and then this happens. Frustrating as anything!

Back to the drawing board. No confidence in any double guards bar Adams. Edwards and Vasiljeivc lack contribution in other stats and I do not particularly want to commit on a cash loss with Adams but the only other alternative I feel is Doyle. Trying to defend against the worst case scenario so do not particularly want to go early on Doyle over a double given I am not confident in Waardenburg to outperform his price point.

Adams should allow an easy swap to PJC and a third boost used for one of Magnay/Doyle and likely Menenga to replace Harrell and Waardenburg.

Didn’t factor in the worst case scenario being Captains Adams the one week rental playing the one half whilst placing too much weight on a potential quiet game from Doyle. Used the boost to maximise doubles for a potential rankings climb and there goes that hope.

Ended up scoring 424 last round and jumped just over 2000 spots to 1432.

Not going to discuss all my trade plans as I made way too many. The final two options I had come down to was Waardenburg + Edwards or Adams + Leaupepe/Gak/K.Galloway. Both were funded by White and Ili out. Chose the latter. Went Leaupepe over Gak and Galloway for a few reasons. Because he was the cheapest, he had the better schedule after round 6, and he played later with gave me some flexibility just in case I needed it. Galloway and Gak both went well but Leaupepe looks excellent. Was looking pretty good up until the Adams injury (who has the C) which is just plain bad luck.

Never thought I'd say this but gorjian has got no idea. Age must catch up to people. How Noi ever gets on court is beyond me. He never hits a shot has no bball iq and costs the team every time he is on. Sydney get out to a lead in every first quarter then he brings noi in and they lose it

Magnay C somewhat bailed by Doyle. Scored 401 and pushed my rank from 1,457 to 1,084

Moving on, Rd4 trades were: Loe/Olbrich to Gak/Galloway

Feel bad for Adams captainers, at least the last minute change of mind worked in my favour this week, for once lol.
