Fingers crossed he blanks GW2. I just couldn't get the balance i wanted with him in the team.
Being a Liverpool Supporter i have to take Salah over Haaland. Spurs have Leicester GW1 followed by Everton, so i am gambling with Solanke.

LEI had a good DEF record last season, even if it was in the Championship. They also got to the QTRs of the FAC.
I don't think they'll be pushovers, and Solanke as at a new club, so I expect him to need time to settle. It's a big gamble.

A few surprises on that without Leicester having Pereira and West Ham without Ward-Prowse. I get the late arrivals in Foden, Watkins, Walker etc.

I think im set with this. Not entirely sold on the MGW & Garnacho combo but i like NTF's fixtures and i rate Garnacho. Nkunku is being strongly considered though. Im also not fully convinced Salah and Haaland will be worth it but ive had them both in for a while so they will stay. I dont mind only having 1 gun mid. Im going for a bit of a mix down back behind TAA. Mykolenko for clean sheets and Munoz for attacking returns. Robinson can rotate on when Fulham have favourable fixtures like rounds 2 & 3 (Leicester & Ippy) and Barco seems like the best defender at 4M.



Finally quite happy with my RDT. After heaps of chopping and changing that 2nd/3rd mid ive settled on Murphy. He just happens to be the right price point that im looking for too. MGW, Szoboszlai and Mainoo have been in and out but im not really a fan of any. I could downgrade Murphy and up a defender but im happy with Cucurella as D2 for most rounds and Milenkovic can hopefully start well with a decent draw.

Ive been tempted by Solanke/Jota/Woods but i think Liverpool's fixtures are very favourable. Im not opposed to trading Salah out after round 6 or 7 as their run becomes tougher but i just feel like im in a good headspace with Salah in my team. Settling on the 2nd mid (Murphy) behind Havertz is what has given me that midfield stability that i want.

Grealish is a bit of a punt, but happens to fit my salary cap almost perfectly as i have only 40k leftover

It just goes to show, you don't need to be extremely bright to be a keeper

Quansah will start. Slot is looking to play out from the back, and Quansah is better in that area. Whether he's a better DEF is another matter. But Konate was away with France at the Euros, so that could be another factor in Quansah starting. For me, it's too risky given we need 3 games to cash in.

Eze without Olise and Mateta will receive far more attention IMO. I like him, but he's a history of being injury prone.
Not the best option, especially when Havertz will be starting CF, and last season, he averaged 16 in the last 14 games as a CF.

I think Leif Davis needs to be there, given he takes SPs and got 18 assists last season.
The risk of an assist with CS is real after GW3, and that'll see his price spike. Can't see it as good with Bassey or Hall.

Forest were experimenting with SPs during pre-season games. Doesn't mean MGW will lose them, but it's him or TAA / Gvardiol.
I too expect to revert to a 2-5-3 soon, so want at least one premium nailed DEF.
Currently, you're playing roulette with at least 2.

Thank you. Plenty of trades and intend on using the boosts early so not too worried about the short term rentals or starting ”injury prone” players (better to waste one trade than two) but have to make sure to avoid too many to compound the risk if injuries to other players occur.

Either Quansah or TAA will start at the D1 position for my Liverpool def exposure with D2 to rotate between the cheaper options based on fixture if I am running five mids and three forwards on most occasions. Like Tottenham’s opening two matches which is why Maddison has always been around the mark with Eze, Havertz and Gibbs-White. Can still get a piece of Nottingham with Sels since I have no confidence in MGW after RD3 and a piece of Palace’s attack through Kamada for nearly a third of Eze price.
