2495. 33rd best score of this week. Finally had all my premiums fit and they all fired.
1st year playing AFL so ranked only 413th, but I guess it's OK given I knew absolutely nothing about AFL.

Got 2 trades left, and with the highest owned player now out, many will face a big challenge, whilst I mull over Newman or Docherty.
Tempted to go Newman, but if Walsh and Cerra return, he'll go back to his usual scoring, so Doc seems the safer pick.

Which FWD or DEF is most likely to go biggest this week?

Newman v MEL
Short v STK
Butters v GWS
Macrae v HAW
Daniel v HAW

My choice is single trade to anyone but Doch and Sicily or double trade and go to 0 trades.

Leaning a single trade to Butters and hope that Sheezel doesn't get ruined by Clarkson again. If I double it would be Sicily and Jackson in for Daicos and Sheezel.

Single trade, couldn’t possibly recommend Daniel. The Saints are the best opponent for defenders, so Short could go big, albeit he hasn’t had a massive ceiling this year played out of position for part of it.

Otherwise I’d say Butters looks pretty solid, and GWS are a decent opponent for mids (5th best).

I've gone Butters pending further thought.

Well Round 24 and a spare trade with 23 premiums (of sorts for some of them).

Current plan is to loop Anderson and if he scores well take Neale off field.

On average, Oliver, Green, Newman and Sicily the big misses. I can't see anyone worth trading to other than them (welcome to suggestions!). The price of those 4 precludes trading except for someone in the top part of their position.

I might leave the trade to the Carlton/GWS game and if I'm winning my leagues do nothing but if I'm losing it could be a hail Mary on Toby Greene or Curnow.

Maybe take a punt on which one of Serong or Brayshaw will get the Maginess trade and avoid a potential low score by getting rid of them. Would probably loop the one you dont trade over Anderson tbh with his good matchup and the tag risk/hawks nullifying midfield for the freo guy you decide to keep.

Hope you didnt listen to my above advice. Apologies if so.
I did and I didn't. Looped Serong instead of Anderson. Which meant I could also loop Taranto today. I took Cogs score instead.

Looked at Tex which would have pushed me close to 2700. Instead 2630 with a spare trade to use next preseason.

Finished with 2398 to be 1104 overall

Had a shocking season in this format, smashed with injuries, never got a full premo side on the park.

Congrats to those at the top and cheers to all that created the leagues. Be back in 2024 👍

Finished the season ranked 178th. Hovered between 110th and 210th from round 9 onwards. Had a patch mid season where i had to trade out Miller, Parish and J.Kelly within a month that slowed down upgrading momentum and left me with no trades with 6 rounds to go. Fun season overall though and improved on my 861st ranking i achieved last year in my first season playing RDT.
