Last year in the pre season game we saw Gulden put up a 188 Supercoach which saw his ownership sky rocket and turned out to be a great pick.

Who does everyone think could do a Gulden and put up a good score to push their ownership up?

Will their be a premo go huge and demand selection or a mid pricer have a great role and score well.

My nomination would be Tom Powell as we look for value in the forwards and hopefully he shows us he has that locked in midfielder role.

The North midfield mix will be a fascinating watch on Sunday. Would love to see Simpkin moved out of there completely.

Fingers crossed we get LDU, Wardlaw and Powell/Lazzaro as the main 4 (y)

I think we’ve already seen a spike in Sheezels ownership since his 140 odd against pies, a lot of coaches were cooling on him with Fisher now down back, but he gave us a reminder of his class.

I must ignore score predictor!
Score predictor needs to be taken with a grain of salt. It says Butters historically doesn't score well against West Coast. That's true enough until you consider he dropped a 58 against them in 2022 because he played while sick as a dog with a virus that went through Port that week (Bergman was a late out with the same illness).

Zac Williams played 65 mins in VFL match (around 55% TOG) and got through unscathed.

Will be interesting if he plays Round 0 (I would say unlikely) but a chance for Round 1.

Either way has gone from close to a lock, to an important decision, if he gets up for Round 1.
Feels like a crucial decision as to whether I pick Williams or Massimo if both are named round 1. I don't think I can afford both!

I totally agree. Its just difficult ignoring score predictor when it indicates your side is better or worse!

Even if he plays round 0 and 1, you can still hold fire until after his bye in Rd 2 then jump on as part of adjustment trades. Might be worth holding some cash in reserve.
