Probably not. I haven't entered my team as yet to check (will do so in the next two nights when I get a bit more free time), but as I have almost zero experience with Google Forms, there's a high chance the error is on my end with how I set it up.

If you need a copy of your team and didn't receive it from the auto response, I can send a copy of what you have submitted this long weekend when I input everything. Just let me know.

Yes @Professor, I did enter email address and got an email back but the attachment was a blank Google entry form; never mind sounds like system works and my case was probably a glitch.

Will be very interesting to see if there's any bye bias towards results at season end. Logic says the more players you can have who aren't playing a game less the better but I wonder if over, at most 6 selections, actually makes a difference.

Some email providers truncate the message as it's enormous, so might also be that?

Apologies for the size. Not sure how to shrink it and still have a reasonably foolproof entry form.

Not an issue, just was a possible reason nothing's coming through. I know Gmail cuts it off pretty early so would imagine some of the others are even quicker.

Only way to cut it down I could think is if there was some way for it to summarise the actual selections at the end instead of resending the whole form with selections. No idea if that's possible or not!

If you click View entire message at the bottom you'll see all selections. In terms of format, no idea. 😁

I'll accept entries right up to the start of the first game. Most of the data entry is automatic, so it's not a heap of work, but it does take a little bit of fiddling around to get into the right format, which I can do while watching the first game.
