Feel like there are few standouts in my team - players that are really killing it, or those who are really underperforming.

Makes it hard to see me ending up with a really strong team unless I both get my trades right, and some of the middling performers lift from here.

That means I missed trading Dunkley in DT last week because I misunderstood the AF cutoff!

Yeah, players in the Thursday game gets locked at the start of that game, everyone else locked in at the start of the Friday game. Let's you set a VC on Thursday, but apart from that you can't loop a good VC score.

That's my understanding anyway. I keep forgetting to make any changes before the Thursday games.

I remembered this week and gave Neale the VC, which I could have taken. Thought 98 wasn't quite enough for captain so didn't lock it in. I really didn't expect Grundy to only get 53 who I also had as captain, should have given it to Mitchell.

I have only had three players play so far this week and I have dropped from 10k to 22k in two games! Surely I charge home from here.

Hey @Connoisseur I was just looking at our match up in the trading comp league. We are in a very rare situation where after the Nth v Car game, every single one of your PODs will have played and not one of mine will have. We only have 7 PODs, but I am not sure I have seen that happen before?!

Any idea how they are approaching Lockout for Round 9 - 12 ? Nothing in today's email or on their website (unless I can't see it)

I saw mentioned somewhere that they were going to revert to rolling lockout for those rounds, but still working on it.

One player I'm interested in this comp is David Swallow, as he has fwd status here and since Rowell went down has been playing full time mid with scores of 94, 70, 98, 98 priced at 693k

Actually been trying to get him in myself the last few weeks, Sidebottom is also F/M in this format

That brings a whole new strategy - do I trade IN players on their bye for a guaranteed score? Looks like I still trade out Walters this week though as average only counts if they played the week before.
