I know the 6ers have the double this round, but does anyone think that is enough to field Edwards? No looping is possible due to the game order. It would be in place of Wildermuth most likely, or maybe Darcy Short.

...I have him on the bench for now.

I'm no weather expert, but here's my take on the weather for the next Round.
Don't take it to the bank, I could easily be wrong!
Times are Melbourne times.

Games 1, 3 and 4 currently clear.
Game 2 - possibly completely lost, very good chance to be at least shortened. Get your Canes and Stars to the bench!
Game 5 - potentially affected, shortened game. Tread wearily, particularly with Strikers. 6ers have another game.

Around round 3 I made a draft of what I'd like my team to look like in round 6. Having now drafted a set of trades for round 6, I have 11 of the same 16 players I had on my draft list, which looked like this:
WKP: Philippe / Pfeffer
BAT: S Marsh, DC, Nabi, Maxwell, Short / Khawaja, Wildermuth
BWL: K Richardson, Dwarshuis, Tye, Sams, Faulkner / Sangha, Green

Of those five in bold, one is injured, two (Short and Tye) are out this round on form, Dwarshuis was really a placeholder for a Sixers bowler which is now likely to be Ball, and Sams was a structural decision that I've changed my mind on, being already well set for round 8.

I've just done another one for round 8 - there's not a lot of flexibility in it, but if I get all my trades off, I'll be running 9 DGR in that round.

I don't really know why I posted this, I'm not sure whether it speaks more for forward planning or being prepared to forgo those plans when opportunity arises. Maybe a little of both.

Healthy dose of luck helps too - I would have a lot more trouble making these trades if I didn't pick Faulkner in my opening side!

Not sure there is a storm for Canes & Stars? where did you see that, was planning on going to it and weather looks fine? Mondays game 4th of Jan & R7 doesn't look good with rain 1609423062237.png

With no loop available... Wildermuth vs Sangha to field?
i reckon that is straight 50/50 decision

sangha against the gades could do bits, could also get unlucky with no wickets and only dot ball points and economy,

minimum 15-20 points

wildermuth with his various roles should rack points up everywhere, however needs to make runs to ensure better than sangha

minimum seems to be like 30 atm

both have very high highs, but i would have to go wildermuth
