i reckon that is straight 50/50 decision

sangha against the gades could do bits, could also get unlucky with no wickets and only dot ball points and economy,

minimum 15-20 points

wildermuth with his various roles should rack points up everywhere, however needs to make runs to ensure better than sangha

minimum seems to be like 30 atm

both have very high highs, but i would have to go wildermuth
Agree, Wildermuth.

Last match he had the “coach’s son’s” role, opening the bowling and batting at 3.

With no loop available... Wildermuth vs Sangha to field?
If the Gades v Thunder game looks clear weather wise, I think I would bank Sangha so potentially you have Wildermuth still there as option available later to swap for other players who may have rain affected games.

I was pondering whether to play Sangha or MMarsh and am planning to play Sangha if the GC weather looks okay pre game.

AS is usually the case, the weather forecast is changing quite often.
Here are 3 different sources for game 1, Round 6. I acknowlege they may all be sourcing from a single point,
Game starts at 7.15pm Melb time, 6.15pm local time.

In this second one, the % chance of rain is the 2nd % shown. The first is humidity.

Happy New Year everybody
New Year, Old team(but with three new players.)
Philippe
Sams, Maxwell, Hughes, Wildermuth, Marsh
Richardson
, Brathwaite, Dwarshuis, Christians, Ball

Edit: Still doubtful about Marsh. I could have Finch or Wasim or Nabi instead.

Really not sure what to do this week, in an ideal world I'd want some of the more expensive DGW all rounders like Brathwaite and Nabi but probably going to have to settle for chraper options unless I risked trading Short/Khan/Maxwell which I really dont want to be doing.

OUT: McDermott, Worrall, Salt
IN: Brathwaite, Nabi, SMarsh/Ball

Gets you the allrounders you wanted in Brathwaite & Nabi while still keeping the likes of Short/Khan/Maxwell.

Currently thinking:
McDermott, Hatcher, Davies -> Philippe, Ball, Hales
Givens me 5 Sixers (Philippe, Christian, Hughes, Dwarshuis, Ball) and 2 Gades (Richardson, Hatz) plus Maxi, Khan, Short and Wildermuth/Hales.
Strong chance tonight’s game is rain effected to some degree but with a negative BE Hales will go up regardless.. plus not confident in any other Gades’ player and not keen to have too many Sixers (although I feel I have the wrong players..)

Captain Short the lowest scorer and only player to score below 20. Great debuts by the trio of K Richardson, M Marsh and T Sangha (on bench).

Happy New Year to all!
Now ranked inside the top 1000 (926th)

RD6 trades:
Out: L Hatcher, B McDermott and D Worrall
In: M Nabi, S Marsh and J Ball

1 batter, 1 bowler and 1 all rounder from both of the double teams. Trades vey unlikely to change with A Finch over S Marsh the only alternative I am contemplating.
