Is it 24 hours for a day though ? or calendar days.
Surely if they arrive at 2130 (flight delayed) that doesn't count as 1 day.
Plenty of info has been provided in the last 1-2 days that Mujeeb & Zahir were missing the game on the 11th and that Nabi & Noor would be touch and go for the 12th.
I actually provided info direct from their player agent/manager that they were arriving this week yet I still see Zahir in teams
staggering to say the least.
I think all arrivals need to then have 2-3 negative tests for the virus before they are released from quarantine.

Initial information about Mujeeb would have been found either on Honeyball , Tim Mitchell or Brice Mitchell (I have 7-8 different sites I use for Big Bash regarding news on signings , OS players , OS series etc etc) which I then post here.
I then saw the photo of Mujeeb and the other 3 on Mujeeb's Twitter account (I don't use Twitter myself , just search for info) that they were all on their way.
Given the dates and the fact that Heat plays Stars first up logic would suggest that Zahir would then be missing as well.
After further research I found an email address for their agent/manager so I thought let's send a email , lo and behold he replied saying they are all arriving this week.
Yesterday I found Nabi had posted a photo saying next stop Brisbane , looking at the Brisbane airport site it appeared given the time frame used on his Instagram Account they would then be on the Qatar flight arriving 2130.
Haven't found any photos this morning though to confirm.
If you have Twitter you could probably contact Mujeeb , Nabi , Noor & Zahir direct and ask them.
I haven't contacted the 3 teams involved directly as I am waiting for replies on other matters , so not sure anyone is monitoring their in boxes.
Not sure why they would be granted exemptions for , that is something you will need to ask Department of Home Affairs directly.
Given the returning Australians from the UK quarantined in Adelaide , the OS WBBL all hotel quarantined , the Indian players , returning Australian players from the IPL etc , Rashid Khan have all quarantined and it has been previously mentioned the 8 Englishman in South Africa need to 14 day quarantine , I am expecting the 4 Afghanistan players will need to as well.
You would think they would be even more strict if Dilbar has caught the Virus in quarantine and the 7 Pakistan positive tests in NZ.
I guess the other thing is to wait until the 10th & 11th and wait and see if their names appear in the respective XIII's when Squads are announced.

No worries. I think it’s safe to assume the four Afghani’s will be unavailable for their respective first games, just thought there may have been some sort of official press release to confirm one way or another.
Guess we just wait until the clubs confirm their availability and probably best that we don’t have any of them in our starting teams for now.
