Tim Mitchell now tweeting that sub points won't count from the bowling side but if a player from the batting side is subbed off their score can be replaced by a Emergency
even more confused now

Clearly the powers to be have come together and had a chat to work it all out once and for all as there was conflicting information. Fair enough too as it is a new rule and difficult to interpret as far as SC goes.
The exact tweet from Tim - "If a player from team batting first is subbed out with no involvement in match, they can be replaced by an emergency. Every player from the team bowling first has been involved in the match and will not be replaced by an E. Sub fielders don't score points."
