Yeah it could be carnage.
  • Bethell and Overton gone.
  • Thunder/Sixers players lock out game 1 (which is worse case scenario if washed out).
  • Most people are running with a donut or two.
  • If the Hurricanes (last game) are assured of top spot, do they rest players?
Be surprised if they don't sign another LRP before Sunday's game.

Wonder if they look at Bell or B Hope or Neil-Smith

Or completely change their mind and still sign 2 OS replacement players

I think they are down to tonight's Squad of 14 + McDermott (injured).

Don't think Wright is set to return.

If they revert back to preferred 6-5 (4 Quicks) they will be relying on Bean for the rest of the competition 😱

I think this would be the biggest issue ahead, given that they had a double this round, and there could be teams loaded up on them.
Of course if the Heat win tonight, the last game is relevant for top spot and they won't rest anyone... Although that'll mean the bottom three teams are mathematically out and they may rest players.

7/709 (11SI @ 64.45), Manenti dropping out

Smith was a decent trade in in the end, was a bit concerned about the toss and the Strikers not putting up a decent score.

Short a bit disappointing but I had him last week so not the end of the world.

Feels like I’m about 100-150 points behind par, going light on doubles for what feels like the first time this season wasn’t the right way to go.

You're (probably) not going to end too far behind the current number 2 (he's 677 with Owen C, Meredith, Chaudhary, Doran, Ellis and Johnson to play).
There’s no hiding :ROFLMAO:

5/677 Owen

As it stands I’m 52 points behind @All is Wells who has had a sensational round!

Our only POD tonight is Owen (C) v Chaudhary (C) and the removal of our 12th score.

You are currently 70 points ahead of me entering tonight’s game. Purely a guess but I suspect at least five coaches will be within 100 points of the overall entering the final round. It will be a mad finish!

Haha I just happen to be in a random league with you... as I am with @Miller is a Steele

He's on 921 (Owen C, Wade, Meredith, Chaudhry and Ellis in play). By my calculations he's 69 points ahead of you right now (and that's even with leaving Bethell on the bench!).

Not sure Ward plays tonight , just brought up his century for CA XI

Although I guess he is seeing the ball well (different colour , different format)
Batting at the moment, a little below a ton! 39* at the moment. Hearne scored the ton in the first innings.

I imagine it'll be close between a few of us going into the final round. Currently sit at 6/923 with Chaudary C, Meredith, Ellis, Owen and S.Johnson to come. Doran also on field but would need to play and outscore Zampa to count. Been a great round keeping Green, Bethell & Overton. I imagine all 3 will cause issues next round though with weather and overseas duties

This is my first time anywhere near the top, is it normally a close finish every year?
It can vary from year to year.
I believe when @Diabolical won the first time he was a bit over 100 behind, and maybe 10th or 12th ( I could be wrong ) coming into the last Round. Then his POD pulled a 4 for.
