Arafat out for the remainder of the tournament...

Perth Scorchers international signing Yasir Arafat has been ruled out of the remainder of the club’s KFC T20 Big Bash League campaign through injury. Arafat injured the thumb on his right hand – his bowling hand – in last Thursday’s win over the Adelaide Strikers when he dived to field a ball early in the innings. His thumb became caught in the turf, rupturing a key ligament.
The 31-year-old bowled out the game with the injury.
Arafat will this week undergo surgery, ruling him out for the remainder of the BBL.
BBL regulations state that Arafat will not be able to be replaced by another overseas player as the paceman was already a replacement for original international signing Dwayne Smith.
Smith’s situation is unchanged and, at this stage, he remains unavailable.
Selectors are considering requirements for the remaining matches and will make a determination shortly if an application for a local replacement player will be submitted to the BBL Technical Committee.

North Melb.
No trades for me thus far. We see how north and moises go before commiting to anything. Have Richo and Hales tonight and thinking VC on Hales against renegades at adelaide oval. Feeling a big score

So what's the deal this week? Just normal and no DGW and byes?
Yep that's it!!
I'm going Hales VC, then going to consider getting in some guys that are going to rise in $$$ before the unlimited trades for finals.

You can trade in a zero if needed to do a loophole provided you don't commit your trades tonight.

For me Maddinson could become a zero if I like my VC score tonight

IDIG You need a trade left to bring in a zero player if you want Bravo's score

Ie trade Maddinson to a nobody who isn't playing and make him C

Oh yeah i misread what you said and thought Maddinson wasn't playing this week so i put him on the field in place of Hughes.

I then re-read your post and realised i'd misread it and went to change it back but it was too late lol oh well, as long as Hughes doesn't go huge, I won't lose out too much (apart from the having two goes at my skipper).

I'm against you Goodies LOL

But I have Phil Hughes playing as fell asleep (did my trades last night for fun, expecting reversal today). That's okay will take Maddinson bench score of 12 (4,4,4 out), ie my prediction.
