The decision to fade Rydz and Soutar due to the concern of facing Dolan and Portela whilst favouring Lewis and Fallon has resulted in a differential of 28 points. Only positive is it makes trades for Gameweek 2 much easier as only four of my players made it through to the next stage. Yet to have a look but Merv likely replaces Ratajski with the final spot undecided.

Taken a -4 hit to split up Smith and Clayton who would meet R4.
Dumped Rydz and Soutar from winners.

Going to be hard to catch up.
Still saving triple C for last week.
Most of the top 25 have used theirs.

Will be keeping Price, MVG and King. Definitely trading O’Connor.
Toss up between holding Rydz and Searle. Can move Searle on and get a better top 16 player. Keep King and Rydz as my outside 16 players. Think that’s the way I’m leaning at this stage.

On trade ins. I think I’m going to back Price all the way through his quarter until he’s out or wins it. Owning King, I might try and strangle hold that quarter and add Wade, backing him against Cullen given he’s half the ownership and I could conceivably have Wade running into King in the final 8.
From the other quarters I think a similar strategy with MVG to that of Price, back him until he’s out. And then add Wright or “the special one”. Given Wright is 36% owned I may add de Sousa at just 6% just to be different.
That’s my early thoughts.
