I've gone for:

Max C
Perez
Leclerc
Norris

Red Bull
McLaren
McLaren
Haas

On the points scoring, the points for each car are effectively halved. So whilst you do get points for both cars, its only worth similar points as one driver.

The points are mainly based on qualifying and race results, but the other one is positions gained. If you start 15th and finish 10th, you get 20 points (four points for each position). I find this rule favours cars that qualify down the back always.

First time I've not started Hamilton nor a Mercedes.

I did see that, and I reckon someone like Giovinazzi might be a good shout for those points - his first laps were already great last year and he's in a much more competitive Alfa this season. Mind you, Checo and Tsunoda are good shouts to make up places tonight as well!

Its all based on final position though. Doesnt count positions made up that are later lost again.

Good scores there.
I'm showing Cars (291) + Drivers (318) for a total of 609.
It's not showing the total or the updated league.
Is that normal? How long does it usually take to update?

Edit: just refreshed and it's updated

Looks like you got 754 and are 8th overall (Mike's Marauders). Well done!

680, 389th. Bit average, Gasly DNF hurt having both him and AT.
Based on the amount I was out I'm assuming the car gets overtake points as well as the driver. All in on the Red Bulls had my heart in my mouth early but seems to have paid off!

Yes Cars definitely get 4 points per overtake as well. They also get the 20 point bonus for fastest lap if one of your Teams has a driver that set's the fastest lap.

738 points for me for the first round to rank 54th Overall.

Decent start, and room to improve if Perez can qualify better and give Red Bull strategy options during the race with 2 cars vs Mercedes instead of just 1 car as has usually been the case in the past few years.

Pretty exciting to see a genuine fight between Hamilton and Verstappen for the victory, though disappointing to see Hamilton once again come out on top. At least the Merc's didn't disappear off into the sunset... Good sign for some decent racing this season.
