Slight quick change of topic.
I have Currie and will be dropping him down to a non-playing Ruck/Forward with a view to 'upgrade' De Goey next 2 weeks to Lycett (once his price bottoms out) and try to loophole where possible and was wondering if someone has already done this analysis in all these threads from here out.

Not great for Kieran to have it all in the spotlight now. Maybe this type of off field drama has been affecting his game in the last few years. Used to love having him in my side.
Hope things work out with his parents but I think they should let Kieran live his life the way he wants to.

Apparently... @DTTALK Ross Lyon just said Barlow more likely than unlikely to play this week?! That was a short 4 weeks off if true- glad I held if true

Source, seen posted on both FB and Twitter, nothing on official accounts or anything though

Gee you would be filthy if you traded him out last week.

I seriously considered it, but didn't largely because the better trade-in options either weren't playing (Zorko or Dahlhaus) or had already played (Merrett or Lids) by the time I was weighing it all up.

Perhaps another reminder that players from certain teams - Freo the prime example - should be selected with caution.

I had him penciled in to go this week if he was to miss another 3 or so but he now looks like a hold...

JOM is expected to play in the next 3-4 weeks which is sad for 2017 supercoach.

I can't seem Maric playing for Tigers next year. He will get the flick.

After Mick Malthouse's revelations in the weekend papers, that he has vowed he will never coach again in the AFL, I would just like to take this opportunity to say, I too vow that I will never coach in the AFL.


...... I thought I had about as much chance as Mick of getting offered a coaching gig, so I should just officially take my hat out of the ring now! :p

Hey, I'm not gonna be so hasty. If any AFL club wants me to coach, I'm more than happy to field offers.

A friend of mine went the Danger out at the byes, to Cash in on his big price.

Yesterday I wrote that those that did this probably need Danger to put in a sub par score next week, even if they are to break even on the deal.

My friend used Danger and a Rookie, to bring in Steven (170) and Bontempelli (140). I guess you can't make a blanket call of "it worked" or "it failed", you have to look at who they got out of the deal!

That's massive! I also cashed out Danger at his maximum like a few on here did. Danger and Rookie for Steven and Montagna, allowing me to field 18 last week, shotgun team completion and have Kerridge to be an M9/F7 floater.

Will be a fun exercise to work out whether it was worth it down the track. Hitting jackpot with Steven's 170x2 today has helped even it out a bit after his poor score last week.
