Very hard to get a handle on what will happen with the fixture but it seems as though there may not be a hard start and finish to rounds ( a game that is technically round 11 may be played before a round 10 game).

How will SC work if this happens. Got me stuffed. Does the best 18 even work in this scenario

If this happens my bet would be that they will define rounds in lots of 9 games and we will have double game rounds and no game rounds like big bash.

Geelong superstar Gary Ablett has returned home to Victoria a few days after the Cats’ loss to Collingwood in Perth.

Ablett boarded a Melbourne-bound plane on Saturday morning, with the 36-year-old expected to miss at least the next two matches against Fremantle and West Coast.
