I could have used him this week to replace Whitfield, but happy if he is back in PTA's team as my bench cover.

Lachie Jones is close to making a return from a hamstring injury suffered in the win over Gold Coast last month. The 19-year-old is training strongly and expected to be available for selection next week.
Stay out this week lad, I might need you to be a fill in team Captain.

Anyone know how long Ceglar is injured for?
Need a downgrade target for CCJ. Was going to do Edwards but is Reeves worth taking a punt on?

No idea how long Ceglar is injured, but in regards to Reeves I brought him in back in Rd 12 and he has been great for me that I have even made him captain a couple of times! 🤣

Darcy has a lot of Gawn about him when he was young and ready to break out, just needs that run of good luck with injuries
He is one hell of a ruckman.

Will be interesting to see which two rucks people start next season. All three of Gawn, Grundy and Darcy will be priced similarly and are a cut above the rest.

Perhaps just going with two of the three who don't share the same bye will be the way to go.

Obviously now I've said that, Melb, Coll and Freo will share the same bye next season

Worth the conversation but still think you back in the Grawndy combo if going set and forget. If there is a good ruck cash cow it will add some spice to upgrade season

Grundy,Witts and Preuss if cheap enough. Marshall/English with dpp are options if Witts doesn't make round 1.

Not sure if he'll keep it but English had R/F eligibility in the last round of updates. He'd be just about first picked for me and putting him at R2 would give time to watch how things unfold with the new big 3 with their big 3 pricetags. Marshall too, obvs. I'd happily run with Marshall English to start with.

Edit Sorry typed too slow and didn't see above.
